EVERYONE there seemed like they were working at warp speed also without making any mistakes ? I'm absolutely happy with the kick'en kabodel! Great teamwork and happy faces! There's one thing that always on my mind about all establishments! Hopefully , after what I observed they are being paid well enough for surviving in our current situation with everything going up in prices? I've been in retail for over 40 years and I understand costs and profits perfectly fine! JERSEY MIKE ?? YAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE'S AND THEY WILL ALWAYS BE WATCHING YOUR BACK ! BY HELPING YOU AT ELIMINATING ANY NEGATIVE AFFECTS ! ESPECIALLY BY TELLING ON THE BAD APPLES THAT KEEP PEOPLE AWAY FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!

Was disappointed in my sandwich!! Have been a regular customer since they opened. Got home with my sandwich and didn't get it made Mike's way. That is what makes them different from everyone else. Was very disappointed ☹️☹️

Every time I visit this site. The lobby is dirty. Mostly tables aren't wiped down. I understand hard during rushes. But I've been here when it's slow and when it's shift change. Never seen tables wiped down. With so many employees, you think 1 could wipe tables. Today there was dead flies in the window. Right next to a table. That has to be there awhile.

Absolutely a sandwich shop we will revisit. Greeted upon entering, friendly staff, and a simple menu to select from. Clean sitting area. Each staff member was respectful of one another. Our menu item was pleasantly delicious and reasonable for the portion size. Efficient with repeating each order before completion.

The food is great. The customer service is EXCELLENT. Kevin and his staff always greet us walking in the door. Kevin has made it a point to remember my son Tony's name. Tony is mentally challenged and it makes him feel important:) Now several employee's call him by name. Kevin also remembers our orders. Great customer service as well as compassionate and caring.

Best chain sandwich shop I've ever been to! I really like the #2 and I add mayo and pickles. It's always fresh, even when I order from other locations. I advise ordering ahead because there is always a line!

Wanted Philly cheese steak and got chicken and steak and that is not what I wanted.will not be back for awhile and this is the second time this has happened at this location.called the store and I wanted to talk to manager and I was told there was no manager on duty!!!!!!!!that is why I gave a low rating!!!!!!!
