The worst place to get food from. Took 40 minutes for my food. By the time I sat down with it, it was cold and the cookies were rock hard. No one cleans the tables after use. Managers were less than helpful.I, as a customer, had to tell another customer they're not calling orders out but instead allowing everyone to wait while knowing they're just setting the food out and going back to whatever it is they're doing. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I always get a cheeseburger. Very good but now the burger is the size of your palm of your hand. Economy causing this issue. But tasty. Just getting expensive for the size.

I've only went through drive through, used the loyalty app. Gave them the code and when I got my stuff it was spot on and steaming hot. The people were fast, quick and polite. Will definitely be going back.

Bro, how hard is it to read a receipt?! And make sure peoples Uber orders are correct. I ordered McDonald’s today, they forgot my coffee. Gave me someone else’s food. The hashbrowns I did have were super soggy and soft. Gross. And I tried calling repeatedly, not a single person would answer. This specific McDonald’s is trash as are the people who work there.

Every single time we go here it's horrible. The children they have working here are too much into socializing with their coworkers and not concerned about the job they are supposed to perform. Our food is never correct. So lately we've been traveling across town to the Barnett store, never an issue. Today my husband didn't want to drive across town so reluctantly we hit the Biddle store. Paid extra for added items to our burgers, tickets showing that extra was added was attached to the wrapping, our burgers were just meat and cheese. Large fries was a small and our Coke's were root beer and Dr pepper. No point in trying to call. No one ever answers.

Servise through the drive through was bad. The ladie that took our order was very pushy and grouchy. It didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She ignored our questions and then the food came out sloppy and cold. I will not be going back to this McDonald's again.... They weren't even busy.

Wasn't as busy as usual. The one on Crater Lake Hwy had only 1 lane Open, & was filled the the lane of traffic. White City that morning Lost Power. So, no coffee, breakfast, or heat...My particular order was cooked to perfection. ?
