It's really okay to be short staffed but a rude hostess is not acceptable. We left without lunch.

Wow! We were recommended this place by our hotel staff and I am glad we went.Hands down, one of the best fish & chips and coconut prawns we have had for a long time. Salad was absolutely fresh. I wish we were staying tomorrow to try it again. My family loved it too.

An extensive menu something for everyone. Service was excellent, Jen was attentive and friendly. It wasn't too busy for Friday evening so food came out quickly and was very good!

Traveling through Southern Oregon.....was very pleased with McGraths...so much so we returned a second night. Excellent food and friendly staff. Very relaxed environment and great dining experience.

The fried fish, shrimp, and fries are so nice and crispy! Salad was good, but sorry when the fish and chips came, the salad was pushed to the back.

We went for my birthday. Started with prawns on ice. Got 12 small shrimp scattered on a big bed of ice. You could taste they were previously frozen. I ordered Pan Fried Oysters. Carrots looked and tasted like they have been soaking for a long time. Squishy tasting. Potato was hot but hard as a rock. Oysters? Looked like something was dumped on a plate. Don't know what it was. Fried grease balls. No consistency. Could not taste oysters. Had to spit it out. Presentation was horrible. Waitress asked if I wanted to take it home. I said no thank you. She said she would speak to manager. Never did. Then had the nerve to bill me entire amount. No apologies. She kept pushing like she wanted us out of there. She asked if I had enough to eat. I told her I could not eat that food. We left unsatisfied, hungry. Happy birthday to me.

I had the Blackened Rockfish New Orleans, it was excellent! My wife had Steak and Lobster, the steak was cooked perfect as ordered, medium rare, but could have been seasoned better. Our waitress/the bartender was very attentive and personable! Definitely will be going back!

Food for the most part was very good, and a good value. Service was quite slow, as they were under-staffed, as are many restaurants. Forgot our water and wine. Our server was friendly, but had no time to give service.

I have a friend that is allergic to seafood. They had a lot of options for her to eat.Their appetizers were really good.Their kids menu was also awesome.I had a poke bowl that I honestly didn't like that much, it needed more sauce and for sure more veggies. They serve it in a massive plate that is pretty much empty. They need to go try a poke bowl place, and copy theirs instead. The service was also great, very accommodating with the kids in our party.Everyone loved the lime cheesecake that we ordered to share.I will go again when I go visit.

We come here almost every time we are in the area. My husband loves razor clams and they really know how to cook them at McGrath's.

It was CLOSED!!! And how embarrassing! I had company that came in from out of town and we all met at McGrath's only to find that it is closed on Sunday's. Why would you let me make a reservation if the restaurant is closed????? I am livid!

Some fish dishes are too simple to mess up. Shrimp is really easy to prepare. Rockfish is very forgiving. We ordered one serving of each of these today and both were unacceptable. The shrimp were over cooked. The rockfish was under cooked and repulsive to eat. The mashed potatoes appeared to be frozen, prepared potatoes. The rice pilaf was tasteless. The sourdough bread was outstanding, it was the one highlight of this meal. Even the carrots had an unusual taste, some metallic taste that was unpleasant. We have eaten at this restaurant several times and usually enjoyed our meals. This meal was unacceptable and we have crossed this place off our list of places to enjoy an evening out.

The server was AWFUL so we decided to leave. We spoke with the manager who offered a different table. The new server was great but the food was lacking to say the least. Mashed potatoes were extremely dry and crunchy. Salads were good but we went in for the lobster and it was over-cooked and disappointing. Over all a negative experience and we won't be going back.

Not as yummy as the first time we came here, but still pretty good. The 2 pasta dishes we had were tasteless. The coconut shrimp, however, was unreal. So good!!! There was a great sauce with it, big shrimp, moist and not dried out. We had side salads with the most delicious, fresh, sweet peas.

We always loved going to McGrath's & always good food whether you sit inside or take out. But we were there a few days ago on a Monday for lunch. I ordered my Shrimp Louie salad. So disappointing, Cucumbers wrinkled, olives were old. Lettuce alot of brown edges, mixed with maybe some new lettuce shrimp was so so. So disappointing because we always have this & the quality this time was way down. My clam chowder & bread were good. But I won't be back for a long time. My daughter wanted a club sandwich but they didn't have any turkey, so she asked if she could get grilled cheese, they could make it but would be same price as a club, no not worth it. McGrath's was our go to place in Medford. Not now, so sad. The service was good, waitress was nice.
