Oh, the food here. Being vegan since 2015, I have eaten some very good vegan food. However, this is the best food I've had ever. Better than what I can cook and any restaurants I've been too. Muai tacos and the autumn bowl are so good!!! Can't wait to try everything on the menu. Strawberry cheesecake ? ?

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Medford, and everything on the menu happen to be Vegan. I did the Thanksgiving and Christmas special dinners and everything was absolutely grommet! 6 corses of delight. I can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10

Hands down THE BEST FOOD in Jackson County. I regularly take my omnivorous colleagues who universally love the whole experience. They have created a calm professional atmosphere. Their catering went above and beyond. If you like ginger, I highly recommend the fresh gingerade. My favorite dish is adding the Dubu Jorim into the Bi Bim Bop bowl with brown rice. This place is a prime example of “you get what you pay for.” Thank you Brian & Gia!!!

Medford is lucky to have this talent. We had a curry, a stir fry and a plate of tacos - all plant-based and all so flavorful and satisfying. We cleaned our plates!
Excellent food and service. We had lasagna and Thai curry--both delicious. Hope we can go again soon to try some of the other many dishes.

The gyoza was like no other I've had; incredible. I ate here twice today and tried 5 dishes, all of which blew me aways. Delicious food with generous portions. Amazing desserts, too! Plant based food that even a meat eater can enjoy.Vegetarian options: 100% plant based menu.

Hot DAMN this place is the ?!!! Had the lasagna and stir fry noodles w a green drink and a tapioca side and literally everything was outstanding and then some! Also the quickness was impressive and the service was outstanding... along w the decor and music. Superb and we will be back!!!PS. They have high chairs for babies and yes our baby Zion approved of all the goodness!!!

I am not vegan. Nor am I likely to ever become vegan. My wife, however, has been vegan for three years (or four, it's been so long I've lost track), she's vegan for humane reasons, and plant-based for health reasons. About a year ago my wife heard about the all vegan restaurant called Melange opening, I was skeptical with a capital ICAL. There's a point to this long rant review, the food they make is amazingly delicious! I'll grant you, I eat what I know, the Deconstructed Lasagna if phenomenal! Their vegan cheese replacement tastes just like the real thing! And I used to work in a cheese factor in Bandon, so, yeah, I know the difference. The gyoza, better than any I've had from San Jose to Seattle, and VEGAN! (Yeah, and the ponzu sauce, the best.) My wife had a curry dish, also damn good, we had the chocolate tart for desert. Wow! I may try other dishes, I may not, but one thing is for sure, their food is a refreshing addition to the meat addicted rogue valley restaurants.
