The dinner was great, everyone enjoyed their meal. They seemed to be short staffed and our food didn't come out at a good pace. We waited a long time, didn't even get a glass of water. Then our app shows up, no soup or salad or bread sticks. Finally got two bread sticks for a party of 3 and they forgot the sauce we ordered. Barely got started on the salad and out comes our food. The staff was very sweet, but I have no idea what was going on. Whoever worked the pass had the timing all wrong. That being said, we still enjoyed our dinner together and will do it again.

The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful, I had my newborn in there and when I was finished eating a server boxed up my food for my and bagged it, hats off to the cooks and to the staff! Wonderful family environmentKid-friendliness: They were amazing helping me get everything together after I had finished my food as I had gone in by myself with my newborn and very patient while I was trying to settle her

OG is one of our family's go to restaurants that everyone finds something they like.The food everyone received was hot and delicious. We all left full and satisfied.2 things they could improve on.1 the wine list is a bit lackluster. I enjoy my reds from Italy. There was little to choose from. The other improvement could be the take home dish for $6. Previously, a dish would be prepared fresh and you would take it home in a take out container. Now, it seems that it is a "microwavable" take away with instructions to ruin the food in the microwave. Gross. I hope they didn't microwave any of our family's food.Our server was great!Kid-friendliness: Great little kids menu. Lots of options and not too expensive.
A friend and I had a really lovely lunch together at olive garden! The broccoli was a really delicious addition to the Alfredo that I had. The place seemed a little dingier and sadder than usual, though, but everything else was wonderful. Our server was fantastic.

Went to Olive Garden for the first time ever last night, food was pretty expected but service was out of this world. We had Jason as our server and can confidently say I’ve never had a server go so above and beyond to insure a guest experience was this good. Get this guy a raise or at least a free meal cause he put in the WORK. Next time we’re in Medford we will absolutely be coming back (and praying for Jason)
