Will never go back. Service was the worst ever. Waitress avoided our table for 45 minutes after ordering. Never got our drinks, Totally forgot our salads. Food was cold and over cooked when it finally arrived. I sent the manager an E mail about our experience and he never bothered to respond. Poor management & customer service means No Customer returns. Manager obviously doesn’t care. Go to Texas Roadhouse or The Original Roadhouse in Medford for a good steak.

My dinner wasn't bad for the quantity & quality for chicken breast & fries for the price. $22.00. However, my sons dinner of two stakes and vegetables for $36.00 was insane. I got more from my one chicken breast than he got from two steaks. No big deal, just won't be back.

Our server Lily G was very unprofessional! How you take 16 mins to bring us bread and on top of it, you bring bread stuck with a knife, NO TRAY and walk around the restaurant before bringing it to us. Actioned off food. Do better guys..

I ordered the 6 oz Sir loin and grilled shrimp. The sirloin was so grisly and tough. I couldn't hardly eat ithe baked potato was awfully salty. Felicity, the only thing pleasant about my meal. Was the salad and the iced tea not very impressed with out backsteakhouse in White City?
The price of the steaks were over priced, I can bbq the same cut for half the price plus my own effort. The main reason why this outback in Medford got 4 stars was due to customer service. Our waitress Alisha was amazing and after finding out there was honey mustard in my wife's chicken (wife has Crohn's and asked for no honey mustard, honey causes an allergic reaction) they made it right.If it wasn't for Alisha and Ronaldo who made it right, this would be a 1 star review.Customer service means a lot to me and those two went above and beyond.Despite my feelings about price, due to Alisha and Ronaldo Hernandez customer service and understanding, there's a high chance we will be back.Dietary restrictions: Wife has Crohn's disease, though there was a mistake at first, it was made right.
I love Outback Steakhouse. Their food is so good! My favorite is the bloomin onion, you can't go wrong with it lol

I ordered a 36 dollar new York cut steak. It's was lackluster at most. I am not a picky person and usually never leave reviews. My steak seemed like it was thrown on the grill at way to high of a temperature, the outside was charred, like literally black bits of crunchy char I had to take off. And I ordered my steak medium rare! Absolutely no reason for it to be burnt. The flavor was really lacking for a $36 new York. I've had far cheaper new York steaks that had better flavor. I wonder if they use cheap cuts of meat. This was actually my first experience at an outback steak house and I doubt I'll be back.

We have been going to Outback in Medford for many years. You can always depend on the food and the service. It is our top choice restaurant with family and friends. However the last three times (in 2024) we have been disappointed with our favorite steak - the Victorian. There was no seasoning and very tough. Sometimes things happen but this was 3 times in 3 months. Please find out what is going on. If it happens again we will need to look elsewhere.

I just had dinner there and was hands down a HORRIBLE experience FOOD BAD SERVICE WORST I did have a cold beer but that took for ever no one was ZERO CUSTOMERS in there and now I know why super bad all around THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS MCDONALDS IS IN THE SAME PARkING LOT JUST SAYING it was a really bad deal tonight not being mean or bad im eating Mc Donalds to night it was that bad
