This business has really been going downhill. I’ve always loved outsider and have gotten some of the best coffees from there. Unfortunately almost every single time I go to outsider they make my drink wrong, specifically the central point location. Just today I had to argue with one of the baristas who was overcharging me for two drinks I ordered. When she finally realized she made a mistake, she gave me my drinks but did not give me my change back and then once again as it turned out she made my drink wrong. I love supporting local businesses and outsider is a great local coffee stand that I’ve been supporting from the beginning but I can’t keep giving them my business if they consistently make my drinks wrong and the staff are rude.

Had the butterbeer chai! It's sweet but good! Unique and fun. Also had the outsider- another really sweet drink but we liked the coffee. Service was super friendly. Would definitely go back.

I love their matchas! Such good flavor ls and they do some good recommendations if you dont know what to do. I will say their chai seems sweet but if you make it dirty it helps combat the sweetness. They also are very personable and care about their customer. So if theres something wrong they do their best to make it right! I loev this place!

Stopped by for the first time this morning and the baristas were so nice, and the coffee taste wonderful. When the baristas are nice and you get good service it makes the coffee and food taste even better. I live right down the road and will come here from now on. Starbucks could NEVER! :)
