Unfortunately my experience with this location wasn't great. Was waiting for food for 40+ minutes despite making a call in. Plus they got my order incorrect. Even though i got an apology. I still left the establishment unsatisfied. Please note the location was not busy at the time of placing and waiting for the order.
Do not order pick up from this location. I wouldn't recommend going here right now since they're under construction. Pick-up orders are told to park and call. No one answers..Waited and waited with several others. One order had came out in the first 15 minutes. The drive-thru had over 20 cars in it. While I do understand they're going through construction, it should be stated on their website that this is going to cause delays. The wife and I stopped here to get some nourishment on the way home from California.The food was not very flavorful compared to what it usually is. I am not gonna comment on the service. Because I am old school and I think I smile goes a long ways. The place was very clean. The restrooms are very clean. I would definitely come back and try to give an update. I do enjoy Grants Pass.
