This is by far the worst Panda Express I've been to - it shares many similarities with the South Medford location which leads me to think they belong to the same franchise. Firstly, the service is unbelievably slow and it's normal for the line to stretch outside the door along the sidewalk. About half the time the servers will mess up your order or forget one of your entrées. When they do remember, you get the smallest portions of any Panda I've ever seen. Restaurant itself is pretty dirty inside and it's common for the drink machine to be out of certain beverages, no stocked napkins / lids etc. Head to the Grants Pass location and you will find almost none of these problems, that location is managed and run significantly better than both Medford locations combined.

What can I say it's Panda Expres. The food is always great. The staff are really nice. Everyone in line waiting to order is pretty laid-back and jokes around ? ?. You need to get there early because there can be a line, so it may take a while to get your food. But it's worth the wait.

Every time I go in this panda they’re running out of food. Another issue I run into is I never get good portions because they have to ration it out. I don’t think that’s fair when the panda express on Center Drive always has food and gives you a great portion. I’m not paying money so you can jet me to try to save some for everybody else give me my moneys worth. Maybe more people instead of having one cooked do everything. Would not recommend going here at all. Go to the one on Center Drive.
