Papa Johns in Medford, OR is always good. The staff are always nice. The delivery drivers are super nice and fast. The in-store staff are quiet when you go in to pick up but they are quick to help. The pizza is the basic papa johns but it is always made very well. It's our go to pizza when we are wanting something quick and relatively cheap.

Easy to order…user friendly. Food arrived hot. Delivery driver was very nice and polite. Gave her a tip at delivery time.Dietary restrictions: Love that they have bowls (diabetic). I do miss not having the crust. I ordered the veggie bowl and customized it my way.

Best pizza in town and the wings are amazing don’t be fooled no where beats this place I eat pizza from here all the time and I’ve tried every place around town hands down papa Johns is the best and when I call in Rob the manager knows it’s me and sends extra sauce and plates every time great people great pizza

We are staying at hotel and in the book it suggests papa John's for pizza delivery. Ok why not.....I called and was answered by an "ordering service" I tried to order a pizza. Apparently they were out of a few ingredients. The gal couldn't tell me what they were out of. I was on hold while she called the store to see what they out of. Why the heck can't we just call and order directly. I waited 10 minutes on various holds since the call agent didn't have any answers to my questions. I told her my husband didn't want olives so she made sure to tell me they did however have olives. I gave up. We went to anther restaurant. This is ridiculous. I can't believe the agent can call the store but we can't order directly. No thank you. Never again will I try to order from papa John's.

Ordered a pizza and a couple water bottles. Didn’t receive the water bottles. I ordered online and didn’t receive an email or receipt. I called to explain I didn’t get my water or an email so I wasn’t able to check if I paid for the water and he hung up on me. They should hire someone who isn’t a child. The manager is very young and doesn’t have the people skills or maturity for the job. His balls haven’t dropped yet.
This probably the worst excuse for pizza I ever had. We confused Papa John for Papa Murphy ( also minimal but far, far better) and ordered 2 large pizzas and a small vegetarian pizza. The bill came to an astounding $45 which is Kaleidoscope territory and there is simply NO comparison. The pizzas tasted like cardboard and I am being generous. Just awful. If you want a quick pickup go to the other Papa.

I get a lot of people probably don’t wait long for pizza but the lobby at this location is always dusty, I would guess they probably haven’t bothered to pay much attention to the bench’s in the front but it’s kind of gross. Oh and the cobwebs in the corners…. Makes you wonder about the rest of the place. I think there air conditioner is broken too because while waiting man it was hot in there, feel bad for the employees if that’s the case. 100 + degree day and no air just fans….

Absolutely disgusting! We tried for Papa Johns for the first time last night. We ordered “The Works” and it was flavorless, kinda soggy and below average especially for the price. We also ordered cheese breadsticks which were over cooked and slightly burnt. The sauce cups that they charge .50 for are horrific. The ranch is the only thing worth purchasing to choke the pizza down with. And the customer service is just as bad as the pizza. Highly dissatisfied and will not be a returning customer. Too many other phenomenal pizza shops in the valley to settle for this.
