Whenever I come In (which isn’t ever often) some girl with long hair is always working and never has her hair put up and coincidentally I have a hair in my food. It is very gross to find hair in your food. The last couple times I’ve just thrown it away because I’m not going to eat something with hair in it. The owner need to make sure his/her employees are wearing hats or hair nets

came in the other day to get a pita and there was only one person behind the counter, many people were sitting waiting for their food and there was also a line at the counter.. took about 30 minutes to get my food, which i’m a patient person so it didn’t bother me. although a guy who was also waiting ended up freaking out and wanting a refund because he was in a time crunch.. he was being rude to the worker which i didn’t appreciate. the worker seemed really stressed about how busy it was already so it just made the environment feel weird, i felt bad for coming in. i just think maybe if the restaurant is that understaffed maybe there should be some sort of sign saying that it’s going to take a while, or if the worker communicated before ringing people up that the wait time would be longer… it would definitely have gotten rid of the situation of the customer being angry at the worker.. just a tip! unless you like angry customers that are in a time crunch haha.

This evening we stopped in at Pita Pit, expecting our normal awesome, delicious, and quick meal. Instead we were greeted with filthy floors and tables. They were covered in food. The ordering system changed, to where you couldn't order subway style. We loved it that way. What was supposed to speed the process up has taken three times longer. We waited for our food for almost 40 minutes, and the service was terrible. We got glared at, and the employees were impatient, and very rude in general. There were only two girls, one who didn't appear to know what she was doing. I wish I could leave an awesome review, but that experience was ridiculous.

I stop in this location to get my favorite pita today. I had to pay first so when I walk around and seen the ingredients I was disgusted. Lettuce was brown, tomato’s were soggy and they didn’t even have Taziki sauce?? Clearly not what I came to order when I asked for a refund I was denied my money back or the poorly made food? I had to ask several times for my receipt before I had to leave empty handed and empty stomach. No eating like a legend for me today!

Delivery. Wanted to try something different. It smelled sour but it was Greek( should say something diff.) so I took aa bite than another it was bad. within 4 hours I was so sick.. I didn't even try the other one that was bought.
It was awesome. I like how big it was. And we got a coupon for $5 off the next time if we spend over $20.

3 months ago I gave this place a 5 star rating. Based off the last handful of times I have been there, I can only give it a 3 star review. The food is good, but the service is terrible!My experience yesterday was cringe at best. There appears to be 2 people working and 1 can only work on 1 order at a time while the other is there one minute, and gone for the next handful of minutes. I did a to go order in the app and then went in the store and bought something as well and by the time my online /app order was ready, I had only gotten my in store order and then almost 20 minutes later after that is when my to go order was made. There was a mistake that I caught watching the worker make it because they added cheese when it clearly said no cheese.I have noticed that tipping and not tipping doesn't make a difference with how they prepare your order or if they feel like speeding up your order. So, you're better off not tipping than tipping.Customer service skills are lacking severely here! I was never apologized to for them taking forever to do my online order. The worker who rings me up for the in store order at the time of payment for a card payment leaves for like 5 minutes leaving me wondering if my order went through or not. Then there was an older guy who came in that was standing at the register for over 5 minutes and none of the 2 workers ever acknowledged him! At least say, "I'll be with you in a sec." Or the workers should communicate with one another where 1 gets the order and the other finishes the orders. There was a guy that came in for a to go order as well and it was clearly late as well... And the worker nearly stiffed him on his side of shug sauce that he ordered on the side. The interaction with the worker was cringe. They basically didn't say sorry and walked over and put some in a ramekin and the customer was happy.Best to order to go and pick up 10-15 minutes after the expected time with no tip. But do check what you got before leaving or you might be in trouble.Dietary restrictions: Like how they have gluten free options

I love the crew that works here, however one young lady preparing sandwiches and cooking today, had a bare midriff and long hair. Beautiful girl, but come on, this has to be a food service violation! Please school this young lass, for everyone's sake.

Man I’m not sure what’s going on with the employment with this pita pit location but I’ve been going for years and some of the guys in there were excellent workers and always took care of me. I go here a couple times a month and as of lately my order keeps getting ruined and the service has just been very poor… super disappointed each time I go my order is $15 or more and I tend to do pick up and nothing I hate more then leaving without checking my order and I have someone else’s or it’s just completely wrong. I work very close so I’d like to continue going but I have such a bad taste in my mouth as of lately.
