We were sitting about 1hour and half (evwryone qas getting there order people who got there after us) had someone take our order but I guess he forgot to put it in.. we paid for our drinks and left.. unbelievable

The hostess, when you walked in the door, did not smile nor greet us she didn't seem to be having a good night .Sat us in the bar that seemed too compact, and the waiters seemed to be too rushed to want to answer any questions we had about the menu .After ordering our food, it took over an hour to come out .Ordered the BLTT on a crossiant and pickle chips.BLTT was very dry , and the pickle chips were good. It just didn't taste like pickle well ok I was expecting dill pickle, and maybe these are butter then..Also, I ordered the bacon pepper burger and bottomless fry, queso dip, and chips ..Burger was good , frys were good, the queso was great .The woman's bathroom could have been cleaner, and trash emptied smelled like a nasty baby diaper was thrown away ... barely could bare using the toilet.

I have eaten here a handful of times and the most recent visit was not good. It takes about half an hour waiting time to be seated even on weekday lunch times. The food took an hour to get to us, the waiter was nice, but never refilled our drinks, and getting the check took about 20 minutes also. I will not be going back here soon.

Usually I like Red Robin... But .... Tonight it wasn't a packed house and the service was abnormally slow. I came over to pick up a dryer so my new drying has been sitting outside for an hour and I'm still waiting for my food. No lie. Was sat with a menu at 6:30 ordered and now is 7:30 and still nothing. Good service tho keeping those drinks flowing... LolDon't come to this location if you want to leave in a decent timeframe.

Natalie K was our waitress the first time we came here and provided excellent and quick service. she is very sweet and a great waitress. Second time we came she wasn’t our waitress but recognized us and served us when our other server seemed to forget about us. We absolutely adore her and will be coming back to visit because of her great service and very fun personality.

I had family come to celebrate my son’s birthday yesterday evening. Natalie was amazing as our server she was so sweet, kind, and worked diligently to get our orders out for our large party. She did great communicating effectively and getting our food in and out quickly. I will definitely be back if we ever have Natalie again as our server! Thank you to Jeremy as well for coming over and hearing me praise Natalie. We definitely will be back in the near future. Thank you so much. It was a great birthday!!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and have some dietary restrictions so they accommodated beautifully!!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure I had both my kids and it was good to be there.

Floors were filthy. Waitress bad attitude. Mozzarella sticks soggy. Boneless wings hard. Food wasn't cooked properly. Croissant sandwich served ice cold. Burgers cooked until leather. Manager had poor customer care. All around bad time.
