I went to this location a some months back. The employees were friendly and professional. The inside was seating area & restroom was clean, pizza was delicious and didn't cause any " intestinal issues " later. I had the Gourmet Veggie which is my favorite pizza in the whole world! This is the only place to get the gourmet veggie specifically and perfectly as Round Table does. I live around 40 minutes away from this location. My son and I drove out recently to find the Round Table closed on a day it should have been open. I hope this is just a remodel situation, or something else. I hope it's open next time I head to Medford.

Good pizza! Staff was friendly. My coworkers and I ordered a veggie pizza which we all really liked. Price was kind of steep for just a veggie pizza, esp for the area but overall would recommend.

This is a Large PAN pizza?? Not only do I drive 45 minutes one way to get Round Table pizza. They mess up on the toppings & overcook it.. I ordered Thick pan crust lite bake. When you call to talk to a manager you're given excuse after excuse. I've been around Round Table customer for 20 years and I have to say this by far the is worst Round Table I've ever visited. Especially the last three months! I wouldn't give it any stars if I could.. don't waste your money or your time. When I asked to talk to the regional manager you're told there isn't one we are a Franchise. When I call to use my points that doesn't work either because I'm told the system is down and not working. I won't be back. Hopefully the owner will reach out because his business is going down the drain with his profits!

Placed a to-go order hours before I was going to pick it up. I get there to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready and the employee in there tells me they are closed today. I tell him I placed an order online and he said he forgot to call me and tell me they were closed. Terrible customer service.

The workers here are so nice and understanding, I forgot to ask to have pepperonis added to my pizza and they offered to just make me a new one even though it was my fault 10/10

My pizza took 2 hours to show up to my house."cold" Not worth the money.
Me and my friend came in late Halloween night, didn't even realize they were closed (they only had the doors unlocked for to-go order pickups) but the manager (Deward) was super cool and made an exception and allowed us to order a pizza to-go despite them technically being closed. Awesome customer service. Thanks for being a hella cool guy on such a busy night, you are appreciated!

waited an hour and a half for a delivery. finally called and found out they ran out of dough before they got to my order and didn’t bother to call me and let me know. looking forward to a refund now instead of pizza.

BEST CHAIN pizza ever!! Shakeys qould be second. Had pizza all over the world and we are so lucky to have these 2 options. If in Baltimore, Delta Pizza.....best I ever had!!!

Haven't been here in years but wanted to take my daughter to one of the only restaurants with an arcade or game zone for my toddler. The game room is cash only and they don't have an option for cash back an ATM. I was told this after I ordered and paid for my food and told to walk next door to the check cash store or try another store down the way. There also aren't any toddler friendly options.When I called to ask about all of this nobody answered the phone but google said they were open so we justed headed over. I should have just canceled my order instead of walking to three different stores looking for an atm. By the time I did get cash back I was over it and we never played any games. Bummed I ate here.
