I have no idea what’s going on with this Shari’s. Myself and another party waited at the register for 20 minutes to be seated and the staff just ignored us. 1030pm so they weren’t closed. 2 wait to be seated signs, so it’s not that you’re supposed to seat yourself. They mopped the lobby, the lady mopping could care less. Maybe 10 customers, didnt seem that busy, maybe ridiculously understaffed? I don’t know.

They are constantly forgetting things in my orders. Today they forgot my extra side of bacon ($5.99) so they gave me 2 pieces of bacon.

As we were walking up, the place was almost empty. Greeted as we walked in.. We were going to be sat next to the front door by the host. We requested to be sat a bit farther in. It was cold out side. Then walked over to the darkest and coldest part of the restaurant. Smelled like human urine. We moved to a better lit area, less smell. Sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. We couldn't take it anymore. We left. There was only 4 other customers in the restaurant. Needs to be shut down. Just disgusted. Place has really gone down hill. I should have taken photos.
Salad was old and gritty, chicken tough, waitresses off in their own little world, took a long time to place the order and then get food,not even busy...and the place smelled dirty. not a usual Sharis atmosphere. Please clean it up. The cute curly haired waitress we had was nice ish, but not too customer service oriented.

Slowest service EVER! One server, one cook on a Sunday afternoon. Snow on the ground outside and had to request the heat be turned on and the manager seemed put out to do so. Food was mediocre at best. Charged for items we ended up not getting. Will NOT go back.

Manager is to busy putting up st. Patrick day decorations and an employee is on her cell phone at the front counter ignoring the guest standing at the counter! WOW... Shari's knows how to treat a guest right!

It was 7pm on a Thursday evening. We stood there waiting for someone to seat us for quite a few of minutes. I finally had to walk around and holler at someone in the kitchen, through the order up window, to be seated. We were the only ones in there and it took another 20 minutes before our orders were taken.
