Ok so I'm new to eating sushi so I don't know about some of the sushi roles. I had the crunchy tiger roll that had shrimp in it. On one side I saw a trail the other side I did not, so I assumed there was no trail on that side. Well I think that was the intent to not have one on that side but a little piece that was cut which made it very sharp was in that piece of sushi. I bite into it and ouch that sucker stabbed my gums and did it hurt. I said something about it to my waitress and she apologized, I said I was new to sushi and it would be nice to have known from her that there would be a tail in each end piece and she blew it off like it was a bad idea. I don't know I think it would be a great idea if the waitress explained things like that. The food was amazing after I got past the pain in my mouth. That is why I rated this a 2 star, the rest of the night was fine.

Shiki sushi is hands down the best sushi in the valley Kathy the owner is very nice she works right beside her employees, their service is great but the food is even better!You can't go wrong with Shiki Sushi &Asian Fusion

The food was great! Took a little bit of time for the sushi to come to the table, however there was only one woman working the sushi bar, however she did an amazing job! Miso soup was perfect for the cold night we were there and my boyfriends pad thai was delicious. Management chatted with me a bit after dinner was over and it was nice to have seen her working just as hard as the rest of the employees. Super happy that this place stays open later than the other places in town!Parking: Easily accessible

Not even sure which horrendous detail to mention first. You are greeted at the door by two legless mannequins. We were guided to our table by the singular living human in the establishment, and were presented with a lovely table cloth elegantly decorated with animal hair. No animals in sight. Concerned the cat may have been prepared for dinner. The sake smelled like vomit and the pad thai looked worse. We lucked out in that the pad thai didn't taste nearly as bad as it looked, but that is only because it was completely devoid of anything resembling flavor. It looked like a kindergarteners craft project. The service was great. Will never return.

Everything at Shiki is wonderful. The food was fantastic-we tried two different sushi rolls and the ramen, as well as a bento combo. The prices are very reasonable and our server was quick and very helpful!

I ordered Pad Thai w/ Chicken and the Ginger Stir-Fry w/ Chicken. Both had no flavor whatsoever! Whoever made the dishes just seemed like there were depressed or hated their job or something. The Pad Thai had no sauce hardly, and the stir-fry had hardly no chicken either. Just a huge disappointment! Their food used to be da bomb. I would have rather ate Panda Express! If I could give less than one star for the food I would.
