This is the one place I go to get good quality sushi. The stuff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very tranquil. Definitely recommend

Excellent food, the menu is large and has something for everyone. Good service and the atmosphere is about what you would expect from your typical sushi place. Gets busy around lunchtime. Parking lot is shared with several other businesses and is usually crowded.

Threw 8 rolls into 2 containers so 4 coworkers have to seperate stuff out onto napkins. When you ask for stuff on your order you kinda expect to get it. No Wasabi when I asked for extra is a meal killer. Hiro sushi wouldn't do me like this. Boo star

Dawh, I hadn't gone to this place in a really long time and I thought it was good. But I ordered veggie gyoza, and the lady brought it to the table and said it was pork, I said it should be veggie - so she took it in the kitchen and said oh its veggie its veggie, and they were filled with pork!! The ladies then told me it was tofu, but I eat tofu often and haven't had pork in years due to personal choice. I had people with me, and they all ate it and said it was pork!! The atmosphere was crazy, not relaxing in any way, as one lady that worked there lost her car, and was yelling all over the place I lost my keys I lost my keys.All in all, hectic place. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but unfortunately I wouldn't go here ever again.

What a wonderful place to eat! Nice, calm atmosphere, extremely friendly service and assistance, larger than anticipated portion, the rice was just melt in my mouth delicious and great price for the quality/quantity of food. 5 star all the way, will def go back!
I went in to order my food since you can't talk on the phone. To place a to go order. The # says no mailbox and no one ever answers. I've ordered here a few times before and had good service and a very helpful chef. But, always to go. I order my food with out gluten & corn due to server allergies. I just got home after getting my order tonight and finished straightening up and went to enjoy my food pulled it out of the bag and it is covered in sauce. The wait staff said she has food allergies and can understand when I told her about mine. I also explained how this was a real treat tonight becuz I can barely find anything to eat out. I told her how to prepare it so it won't have my allergens. My food is covered in sauce & was $40 with tip and know I am starving. I can't call to get a hold of anyone.. this sucks ‼ Now what. I want my $$$$ back!! 10/15/2023 if I could give no star I would that's how upset I am about not being able to safely eat out

Located in shopping area, so parking readily available and accessible. Wait staff were prompt, personable, and appropriately attentive. Menu offered a good selection of diverse offerings. The miso soup was very flavorful. We ordered the bibimbap dolst (bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl that results in the rice in contact with the bowl becoming crisp) and some individually ordered nigiri. The bibimbap was well-prepared and flavorful. The nigiri had well-prepared rice with fresh tasting shrimp, egg, unagi, and inari. Prices were slightly on the high side. Anticipate returning to try other menu items.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Medford. The food is as good as anywhere else, but their prices are better than most places. They have a great variety of rolls plus several types of noodles and other entrees.

This has become our newest favorite sushi we drive an hour for. After like 5 visits we learned they were happy to add lemon to any roll for additional 0.50 cents and it's still amazing quality and better price than a lot of other locals. PSA ADD LEMON SLICE TO YOUR
