I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years And to be refused to use a basic human necessity, as well as acquainted, right because I didn’t make a purchase unacceptable. In 2018, Starbucks had made it company policy to allow anyone to use their bathrooms regardless if they make a purchase or not. A Pains me greatly To be refused the one time I didn’t bring my wallet because I was doing yoga at the park nearby, and I had to use the restroom but the staff are unaware and uncompassionate of their customers this would’ve never happened. Never point the blame away from yourself Which the lady who refused me to use the bathroom continued to do so lack of maturity and life affirming atent.

Just found out starbucks food and coffee has cancer causing components. It's free information starbucks posts themselves in their California locations. Not in oregon though unfortunately do they post this notice even though the ingredients are the same across the country.

Had the worst experience with the worker. I walked in and she didn't bother to look at me or say anything. She was facing straight ahead from her register and kept a straight face. I asked are you ready and she said yes why. So I told her that I had no eye contact to acknowledge that I was ordering.

This is our favorite Starbucks in Medford. It's owned by Lithia so they can't redeem points but you still earn points with purchases there. The reason we like it so much is the employees, they are genuinely friendly and they know the people that come through really well. The atmosphere is very pleasant, no loud music or obnoxious scripted greetings. The location is great as well, on nice days there is plenty of outdoor seating, either on the patio or across the street at the park. It is the best.

This independent Starbucks store has a regular staff who have worked there since well before COVID. Our family group of 6 (3 generations) meets there weekly. The staff remembers not only each of our names, but our individual orders. How could we not
