You wait forever in a line only for them to add mayo to a sandwich that doesn't come with mayo. For somebody with food allergies, this is a big deal. They don't seem to be paying attention.Dietary restrictions: Don't trust they will make your sandwich worried about any dietary restrictions.

Horrible my food was wrong then when called them about it they were rude, saying I was wrong, had to look at cameras an only replaced half my sandwich. They were rude on the phone an in person. What happen to customers are always right if I was buying for someone else they could have killed someone by putting the wrong things on it. Need to do something about how rude they treat people! Not worth giving any stars !!!!

Well I'm sure the two burnt out young potheads that worked tonight at 7:00 p.m. could have done better if they had been able to focus or pay attention to anything.We came in for Italian herb and cheese bread which is the most often moved bread and ours was stale crusty and chewy on the ends; really unedible.We sprung for one of those pretzel sticks they say is from auntie Anne's but it was more like great great great great auntie Anne's with as crusty and burnt and dry and overcooked as it was, I about lost a toof. The shaggy dirty musty kid with the bloodshot eyes certainly filled the role of artist. At least as far as hygiene goes. The guy put about 20 grains of pretzel salt on it and then slid it directly into a bag and pulled all the salt off immediately.Will not eat at this location ever again unless I see a new management sign outside

I was not over happy about my Sub Club, but that could be the choices I made. I didn't toast my bread, and I didn't use mayo, using oil and vinegar instead. The bread was almost doughy without structure. The sandwich was dry, and mayo might have helped moisturizers the sandwich.It was about 12:30 PM, so they were busy, so I had a reasonable time to have my order taken.As to atmosphere, this Subway was in a strip mall and it was small and crowded.

I went into get 4 footlongs today at 3pm. Only one employee available,food case was gross, mold oncase. Ice on veggie and meat containers where sandwich would be made. Very disappointed. My daughter and I left. I usually spend $50.
