We went to this place yesterday, Friday at 12 noon, with an elderly woman. I was serving and from the beginning he told me in English that he did not speak Spanish but in a very DESPECTIVE AND RACIST way we asked him for garlic bread in English and he gave us another bread, the one who wanted one of grains and did not let us look out to see choose the vegetable and if I told her in Spanish she did nothing and she didn't look me in the eyes, only my daughter who was speaking to her in English, the truth is the worst thing I have ever encountered in customer service in my entire life, that lady shouldn't to work serving the public when you know that the majority of people in Tucson Arizona are LatinoThey should not hire staff who do not know how to speak SpanishVery bad SUBWAY ❌❌❌❌❗❗❗?DO NOT GO EAT AT THIS SUBWAY THAT IS INSIDE THE WALMART

Ordered delivery of a Mozza Bella sub. No mozzerella on the sandwich. Called the store. They told me to come to the store to get the cheese. Asked to speak to a manager, was told he would be out for two days. Horrible customer service.

I feel bad writing this because I don't know that the person could help it.....But as I was ordering my sandwich they kept pausing and grimacing in pain, then they were talking and laughed and a chunk of something flew out of their mouth somewhere in the meats and cheeses, they were really sweaty and there was a drop near my sandwich which I don't know if it was natural condensation or sweat. They seemed awkward and embarrassed by the stomach pains and the sweatiness. While I don't think they could help those things, and it's not my intention to be mean.....it also didn't make for a good sandwich experience for me at all. ?I didn't know what to do, how to appropriately handle that kind of situation, because I know dealing with people all day long is really hard. I didn't get bad customer service, they were polite and nice to me and tried to interact. But I won't be able to eat there again.

Bread not baked correctly it was falling apart, sandwich was toasted, dried foul smelling dried smear on paper, awkward guy making the sandwich, little gnats flying around my face at my subway table. I'm officially throwing in the towel and never eating at a Medford Subway again. I included a photo of the died foul smelling smear on my sandwich toasting paper as evidence.

In line and was ignored and then when making my sub stopped so the woman could make a Walmart employees sub although I had been waiting and the employee just walked in. Very Ignorant!

Ordered to go and the hot sandwiches were not toasted, the bread was cold. Meat was cold on my protein bowl. Yuck!!

I've ordered from this site several times while on my lunch break and I can count on then to be fast and fresh. But I've noticed if the older guy is working my order is always messed up. Today my sandwich was missing the cheese, oil, and vinegar and I asked for extra banana peppers and there was only like three of them on my sandwich my sandwich was really dry and just pretty much just sucked today. And he always gets my chip order wrong

The WORST customer service ever. I stopped in to get a cup of soup. I heard the employee say that she wasn't sure she had enough soup for a full cup. I didn't think much of it, paid for the soup and started to leave. I decided to check how much was in the cup since it weighed almost nothing. The cup was less than half full, so I went back to ask if she might have more cooking since it was so little. She just said no and turned away. I then asked her why I should pay for a full cup of soup, and she stared at me. She eventually went back to the register and (I hope) refunded my money. I wouldn't know because she didn't tell me what she was doing. No apology. No explanation. Just plain rude! Don't waste your time with this location.
