Haven’t had any problems ordering a flat bread sandwich until the last month or so. I ordered a sandwich not a burrito. Please teach the employees how to make a sandwich with flat bread.

The young man who helped us this evening at around 7:30 was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient while we figured out our order. All 4 sandwiches were perfect and well made. It's been a while since we've been to Subway and it was awesome.Honestly though, give that guy a bonus or a raise because that's the kind of employee you want to hang on to.

Night time employee is the worst sandwich maker I have ever seen. Rings money in incorrectly, then argues even though he is wrong. Could be pocketing the money he overrings. Go to any other store and get a better sandwich and charged correctly. Sucks since I love Subway and this one is closest to me. Will be reporting to owners.

RUDE! That's the only thing to say. There are SO many other ways to respond to a customer, a door dasher, a vendor, other than "I have a line"! This is my 3rd time at this location, and believe me when I say we will never be back. 2 out of 3 times rude staff. Today was the end. I understand staff shortages, however bad customer service is unacceptable. I really wish I could give no stars, but it looks like the Manager will only let the District Manager know, and take no responsibility for properly training his or her staff. Pitiful...

It’s not that hard to make a sandwich, whatever older lady was there had terrible customer service! Wasn’t nice, never smiled and made the sandwiches very sloppy and it wasnt like it was busy, I was the only customer in there

When the kid at the counter had difficulty redeeming code from subway app he said ‘ I don’t trust those apps or ever use them’Kept insisting that I was obviously wrong. When I got the receipt it showed the coupon applied. He doesn’t know how to run the register and was straight up rude about it. Won’t be back to this location.

Phone systems been broken for Months! They mess my online orders up 99% of the time. I try to order early so my delivery come from Center Dr. This morning they didn’t put meat on my Subs. Last time they were out of eggs! The time before the toaster was broken. This is by far the worst Subway location I have been too. The employees have been 50/50. Half the time nice half the time completely rude. I have done there surveys and get an Email from some random person asking me to come back. I have went back and the employee had no idea who this person is. This store definitely lacks. I would steer clear and drive to a different location.
