“Went in today (2/26) with my mom and ordered a sandwich but then we were the annoying customer that also ordered 5 of the footlong pretzels (we got one for each kid we were picking up from school) the young man helping us was AMAZING and super polite and nice. We felt so bad because we didn't know the pretzels took a little bit to make and a line started to form. And there was a mishap with the toasting spatula thing (no fault of his at all) he was still positive and well mannered and organized. I didn't catch his name and the receipt didn't say on it. But wanted to give him 2 thumbs up! I hope he had a good day!“
“Just stopped in, was decently busy with only one employee working the front. Ciara(dunno if thats how you spell her name) was fantastic. Despite being the only employee dealing with a long line, she kept her cool and was friendly with everyone. She took the extra time to make sure the sandwiches were made right and with care. If you had more employees like her, I'd stop in more often.“
“I was not over happy about my Sub Club, but that could be the choices I made. I didn't toast my bread, and I didn't use mayo, using oil and vinegar instead. The bread was almost doughy without structure. The sandwich was dry, and mayo might have helped moisturizers the sandwich.It was about 12:30 PM, so they were busy, so I had a reasonable time to have my order taken.As to atmosphere, this Subway was in a strip mall and it was small and crowded.“
“Went here yesterday in search of a 55" TV. I was disappointed to see that most of their TV selection was wiped out. I approached a worker named Steven and asked if they had any more in the back. Not only did he check once, but he checked twice AND called over to the other stores and waited on the line for an hour and a half to see if they had the one that we wanted at a different location. Then, after being hung up on twice by the other store, his customer service manager, Destiney, took matters into her hands to call over and get an answer for us immediately. Though we didn't walk out with a TV, Steven, Destiney, and another associate named Emilee went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and made sure to provide the over the top customer service. I'm from California, so it was refreshing to walk into an unfamiliar environment and be treated with such importance. THANK YOU!!“

“The lady was very helpful to my son and listened attentively as he told her his order. My son has a habit of speaking softly due to his social anxiety and has a speech delay with occasional stutter. We really appreciated her, and he was happy with his sandwich.“
“The young man who helped us this evening at around 7:30 was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient while we figured out our order. All 4 sandwiches were perfect and well made. It's been a while since we've been to Subway and it was awesome.Honestly though, give that guy a bonus or a raise because that's the kind of employee you want to hang on to.“
“This location is my favorite Subway out of all the ones I've been to, in and out of Oregon. The food is always fresh, store clean and the customer service is excellent. Always treated with respect and they truly care about their guests. The manager Tiffany and her sidekick Liz make an awesome team. Thank you for always filling my belly.“
