This beautiful eatery was a wonderful experience. Their gelato is delicious! We tried the Medford Pear Butter and the Peanut Butter flavors which were hands down some of our favorites. We will definitely be making this a more regular place to stop by for food and atmosphere. Very friendly staff as well.

We got there right @3 & the staff hadn't arrived yet, but it was worth the wait. The kids sampled each kind & then went with 4 kids scoops of chocolate with a homemade fresh waffle cone. The waffle cone was so good we asked for the recipe for home. It's like a delicious buttery cookie. So good. The chocolate ice cream was very rich & decadent. Husband got the s'mores. Two scoops. He was not disappointed & didn't want to share when staff offered a second spoon for me. Lol. We took some espresso fudge home - so good. Rich chocolate goodness. I had the kombucha, technically from the cafe that shares the location. It was very good. I make kombucha at home, I am not a fan of when it is overly vinegary. The watermelon actually tasted like watermelon, it was fresh & light. Not vinegary. Bonus points for it being delicious & nutritious. The staff was very kind, patient & helpful. They were happy & courteous. Which says a lot in these times when service is lacking. Thank you for your smiles! If we were in the area again we would go. Came as recommendation from a local friend as the best ice cream in Medford, as it is the only ice cream we have had there, we can't say it is the best, but it sets a high standard.

Came here for ice cream for my kids and found something for myself - Afegato. Live the openness of the restaurant and there is an area the is similar to a coffee shop. Super cute spot.

This place so disgusting AS FAR AS HEALTH issues. server eating her lunch infront of customer very close to salad bar what they have.Server clean her mouth with bare hands and then no wash hand, continues serving my ice cream order.Of course no mask,no wash hand not following the CDC regulations at all.It is totally none sense .

After a horrible dinner, I needed something to compensate. I saw this on Yelp and decided to check it out. Surprisingly, it's located in a restaurant. I originally thought it was it's own store.The lady was really nice and gave us some samples to try. We ended up getting a double scoop in a waffle cone. We got the pear maple bacon and the zucchini brownie. It was really good, the ice cream was not super soft but enough to make it easy to eat. The maple bacon was chunky and fill with pears and bacon, but the bacon dominated the flavor. The zucchini brownie was also leaning toward the brownie flavor as there was chunks of them. The waffle cone was good as well and the scoop was very generous for $6.50.

The ice cream is delicious, but I was concerned that the cashier served the ice cream right after taking cash from a non-mask wearing person, without washing their hands first. Granted, it was a cup of ice cream, not a cone. But that is a health violation nonetheless.

Traveling from out of town and stopped in for some ice cream. Was surprised to discover that this isn't an ice cream parlor like its name would suggest but more of a restaurant/deli. Ended up ordering the toasted butter pecan ice cream and my friend ordered the chocolate cinnamon crunch ice cream. The toasted butter pecan ice cream had a grainy texture and tasted more like frozen milk with pecans in it. Needless to say I was highly disappointed so my friend offered to share hers since they give generous portions. Hers was really good but I about lost my lunch when halfway through we spotted a long black hair in the ice cream. We stopped eating after that and tossed the rest. Disappointed is an understatement. Won't be back.

We LOVED having Sweet Cream at our wedding. Yumi did an AMAZING job of communicating and answering all of our questions. The ice cream and display was incredible! Highly recommend for weddings!

Toasted coconut with caramel swirl was the perfect flavor for a 100 degree day. I'll pop back in next time I'm in town. The Salad bar that they share a counter with looks really good too

Im not much of an ice cream fan..at all, but my bf is and so i looked up organic ice cream near me and this place popped up. We've been there 3 times now in 6 months! Their ice cream is amazing and they home make the waffle cones. Sometimes fresh, right in front of u in a waffle maker! They're always so nice too. I tried the Vegan peanut butter and chocolate once. It was fantastic. And my favorite is that they offer kid sized scoops too!!!
