We requested a 2 tiered cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We wanted the top tier of the cake ivory and the base Sage green and then we wanted the cupcakes with Sage and ivory frosting and gold leaf. She only wrote down Sage and ivory on our order form and did not write down any other details. Once we received our tasting cake I noticed it was only ivory so I thought I should follow up and I texted her a detailed description of what we wanted as well as a reference picture. She responded to this text message so I know she received it ( this is important because she later denied having gotten it). The morning of my wedding I get a call from her saying she needed the address to the venue, so while getting ready I texted her the address and a detailed description on how to get to the venue. Despite this she still got lost and eventually showed up just minutes before the ceremony was to begin. ( if this is your professional business then I would think you would make sure to have the address and know where your venue is before the day of delivery) I had texted her a couple days before the wedding and she responded but never mentioned needing the address. So I was very surprised to get a call the day of the wedding. The cake and cupcakes she delivered were all ivory and only the cake had any gold leafing. Again the gold leafing was not on the order form and the only place it was written down was in my text to her- however she denied ever getting that text. Once I got back from my honeymoon I contacted her about not getting what we had requested and to see if we could get some sort of compensation for that. She was unbelievably rude and denied that we ever asked for Sage and ivory as well as saying she probably hadn't gotten my text messages to her. I don't see how this could be since she responded to them. Thankfully my husband and I had the forethought to snap a shot of the order form and on it you will see we did indeed request Sage and green. However when I sent it to her she still would not acknowledge any mistake and in fact continued to deny that we ever requested it. I am still in shock at how rude and unapologetic she was through this process, and how she just outright lied to cover her mistakes despite the evidence being right in front of her. I have added pics of our conversation as well as the order form. I have blacked out any personal information that should not be on the internet. To end positively will say that the cakes and cupcakes looked and tasted wonderful and had I only requested ivory I wouldn't have had an issue. Also she did finally agree to give us $100 credit.

You should really update your business hours online and answer the phone! Wasted my time and gas going to your location because it said it was open online and nobody answered the phone. Only to be told your closed and only accepting special orders but aren't taking orders because of a busy weekend.

The best cake and cupcakes I have ever tasted. The service was great I called them they told me to send pictures of cake design and they emailed me back told me price . I didn't even have to go in to order. They also have gluten free items . Everyone should try them or your missing out .

Has refused to adhere to COVID regulations due to the owner's personal beliefs against masks. Regularly harrasses and verbally attacks customers and residents who have legitimate complaints and concerns. Owner posts disturbing and ignorant content on social media. She is clearly not able to take any responsibility for her actions or constructive feedback at all. Do not support unethical business owners.
Recipes changed when ownership changed and they aren't as good anymore. Current owner is also proudly transphobic. Definitely do not recommend supporting this business.

The new owner of sweet stuff is publicly transphobic and has harassed many people regarding this. She has made it clear that she will attack anyone for any reason. I would be leery of becoming a customer. Who knows how she’ll treat you. I’ve witnessed her actually telling customers she doesn’t have to refund them or fulfill their orders also. Problematic all around.
