The Medford taco bell was awful. There was at least 8 staff, but I was informed they no longer take orders and you have to use 1 of the 2 screens. Our order was over 30! For 6 items and 2 drinks... Our order took 45 minutes of a small simple order, and it was incorrect when brought to us. We had to go up to the counter 4 different times about things that were forgotten. Like straws for our drinks. I won't go back to any taco bell after this one.

This Taco Bell is pretty good. I've been to other locations that didn't have lettuce, or hamburger, or taco shells. This location never disappoints!
Syrup in soda was out or almost out. No one likes soda water with a hint of flavoring. no sauce I asked for. Kids working late night were making fun of each other and didn't realize they left the headsets connected to the drive threw speaker.

I paid almost 17 dollars for a Mexican pizza and fried taco meal. The meal consisted of two fried tacos that were smashed and a small bag of chips. Nocho sauce.So… after I posted this I opened the Mexican pizza, what the hell? Looks like they chucked it across the room! And these kids are getting 20 bucks an hour for fast food workers in California?Usually Taco Bell is the GOAT but not this one.

Food is good and usually correct. The service is slow but friendly enough. Probably just understaffed like most places.Never you mind the riff-raff hanging about outside, the atmosphere inside is nice and inviting.Vegetarian options: As I am not a vegetarian, I did want to try the vegetarian option. Seems that most every item that has a "meat" as one of the ingredients, has a Black Bean substitution. And . . . If you go into the kiosk you can "customize" any of the items by adding or substituting black beans as a choice.(for an xtra charge)Now, I don't know if Black Bean is what TB considers to be Vegetarian. But . . . There is also a slide button on the kiosk that brings up just the Vegetarian menu.(I have not looked into that menu yet) ?Parking: Not sure about the parking situation as I ride a bicycle and always have open parking.
First of all, you have to order from the kiosk not the counter, but I like that so it's cool, friendly staff and quick service, food was hot. We will be back.
Taco Bell will always be the GOAT of fast food. Everyone who has ever been broke knows that they can go to taco bell & find something good to eat. Even when I'm dieting I love their bean Burritos and all kids love taco bell so it's a fast option when on the run. This location is one of my favorites. Even when they are busy the staff is always friendly & doing their best. Great breakfast too!
The lobby is not somewhere to counsel or reprimand a crew member. There are privacy concerns and it just gives a bad feeling for anyone (your customers, who are the reason you have the job in the first place). I will never be back to this location

After I walked in and saw a young man putting his hands through hishair and proceeded to make a order without washing his hands first and if that was not bad enough he placed the food on a very dirty counter and when the girl came to the counter and asked if she could help me I asked is your manager in she pointed to the young man who was disgusting to watch he came to the counter to see what was going on then I proceeded to explain he's darn lucky I did not work for the health department and explained all the issues all he said was well you can go eat some where else I stated I paln on it and walked out.All I can say is I hope corpret takes notice and does something about this Taco Bell.

Pretty Sad when you say no sour cream and you keep getting items with sour cream. Then tonight order burrito supreme and actually get a nacho taco. Not sure how anyone can mix up a burrito to a taco as they sound nothing alike. I went inside and waited almost 10 minutes then have to call out for someone to actually come to the counter. 3rd time with a messed-up order and I stated as much and then get what I actually ordered and knew I should check it. Got to work, opened it up and spit all in it. I will never ever visit a taco bell again as am so done with them as they seem to never get an order correct. Can be correct on receipt but never made correctly either.
