Bizarre experience visiting for the first time this afternoon. My daughter and I walked in, admiring the new place and looking forward to trying it out. We said hi to the person at the counter and rather than responding, she unleashed an unfriendly tangent about all the many ingredients they were out of and that they were closing in 20 minutes. Definitely made for a low vibe. It’s unfortunate that this person seemed to have had a bad day,, but it’s not ok to unload on potential customers or anyone for that matter. We just said, “Ok, thanks” and got out of there.

Visited this place the drinks were nice but what was really and was that 2 people behind me got there drinks because mine was supposedly harder to make they should be making the drinks for the people that order first

Okay so I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm from the Bay Area which means my Boba standards are pretty high. That being said, when I first walked in I was in shock that they explained how the build your own boba drink worked anyway... Let's do the bad first, don't worry there's good too. the tea is meh, I would compare to a T-pumps if you know what that is, it's not a super strong tea flavor and very watered down. If you're from somewhere that has a substantial amount of quality boba teas, then make sure to note that this tea is not as strong as it normally use. Also, be aware that "milk tea" is legit just straight up milk and flavoring. which is mainly why I am giving this place a two star. However, the service is great and the boy working at the register was super sweet. I think I broke his brain when I asked for a green milk tea and he didn't know what that was but he really did try to understand. He was just a little bit out of his depths, or maybe it was the other way around. He was eager to please and tried his best but at the end of the day I just ordered a plain green tea and it was mediocre at best. The actually store itself was well lit despite it being a dark scene, and to add on to that the staff were insanely polite and respectable. Overall I probably would try somewhere else next time we pass through. But I'm glad we tried it and even if their drinks aren't as flavorful and tea-ish at least they have super nice staff!
