This is the first Texas roadhouse I've been to where the ribs were sub par at best. Steak was good though. The pit master needs to re train, the ribs last night were dry. Please don't call 5 skinny ribs "half a slab". Those were skinner than a refugee.Staff was awesome, the ambience was great. Ribs was ?️

The food is good. But im not a huge bbq fan. My husband loves the food. The drinks are great. I had a sangria margarita. The atmosphere is good. The waitress was excellent. The biggest problem with this place and always the issue me and whoever I know who goes here is the greeters or the hostesses that...well are supposed to greet you when you come in. There's always some girls there (never seen a guy yet but that doesn't mean they don't work at the front.) And they first..don't greet you at all. Don't even acknowledge you. Second, we basically greeted her (it was a blonde girl yesterday evening about 8:40 pm) and told her how many in our party and she looked at us then wrote something down and literally didn't say a single word to us. So we just stood there waiting for her to tell us to wait or go sit down or something. She was so rude.

The food was not good tonight. We are regular customers we ordered medium well steaks and they came to us raw sent them back. My husband had to send his back because it was still raw very unhappy with our meal tonight on April 6, 2024 on Our 38th anniversary and we thought we’d go there and we were unhappy with our meal. That’s why we rated the food to something wrong with your cook or something.

food was amazing, our server was so sweet and amazing and fast. food was good. my burger was a little pink and with out telling the server she took it back and got me a whole new meal on the house it was so sweet. the only problem was that another server jordan was very loud and talkative. she talked very badly upon her co workers and happen to stand right next to my table the entire time so i heard every thing she was saying the whole time and it was very frustrating and annoying. i don’t know why she got paid to just stand there and talk badly. she didn’t even work while i was there witch shows me she doesn’t care.

What a perfect Birthday dinner it was! I'm sure everything on the menu is delicious, but since I only get a chance to visit every so often, I go with my usual. The Ribeye melts in your mouth and all the sides I've tried have been wonderful so far and omg those rolls! Will definitely return!The only downside for us, having my 80 year old mother with us, is the constant loud noise. It's just too much even with hearing aids. We'll try to go earlier next time and I'm sure it will be a much better experience for her.
