The girl working today at 12:30pm not only had a staring problem with my wife and I while waiting in line she was completely rude when we got to the window.so we drove off and will never be back to any location.

Good is good don't get me wrong. But I did order a Nashville style chicken sandwich and in the picture online it look like the patty was doused in sauce Just smothered in that spicy hot Nashville goodness... But when I got the sandwich and got back to work it was the driest chicken patty with a very modest drizzle of Nashville hot that mostly soaked into the bun if I known that it was going to be like that I would have asked for more sauce.. But I'm petty like that and it just put a real bad taste in my mouth Chicken shanty should never get out done by KFC when it comes to anything chicken So maybe let that sauce drizzle drazzle and droozle All over the place. I eat at the eagle point quit often love it went to the one in Medford today the one on crater lake highway. I got the crispy chicken wrap asked for no fries no drink I was on my lunch brake so was in a rush to get back. I noticed that they still charged me for the drink and fries but only have me the wrap won’t be going back to that location

i will definitely be going back if the line isnt too long.had the chicken sandwich with fries. very surprised how good everything was.thick fries had a nice crispy crust that wasnt greasy, very good, and the chicken sandwich had a very good presentation like a sit down restaurant. it wasnt busy when i went but ordered at the window and took less than 10 minutes.

If I could give it no stars I absolutely would. The owner of this restaurant is incredibly rude and ignorant. Because I was carrying my Walmart bag having just gone shopping there and my oversized black purse he assumed that I was "homeless scum" and after using several profane terms told me my business was not welcome and he would not serve me. I may live with my parents but I'm not homeless nor am I unemployed or scum I will never eat at this restaurant nor do I recommend anybody else does.

The owner Nathan is a great guy! He helped my mom, brother and I with jump starting my mom's car. He offered me free food and the crispy chicken sandwich was amazing! Would recommend getting food here and supporting his business!

We ordered from Grub Hub. When we got our order it wasn’t complete. Chicken Shanty said there was nothing they could do, use the Grub Hub app to get a partial refund. Grun Hub does not have a means to partial refund for an incomplete order, cuz its not their fault. We are just out of luck!

What great little spot!! This little "Shanty" puts out some amazing chicken! So far, we've had regular strips, coconut strips and the chicken salad sandwich. Every time, the ingredients have been super fresh, HOT and made to order! We've always been greeted by a friendly face and excellent customer service! When you go, make sure you remember that the food doesn't sit out, waiting for customers. It is made hot and fresh to order. This is our go to spot when we want some great chicken tendies with some awesome dipping sauces!!

This is by far the best chicken shanty in town. Food is always quality, staff are super friendly and accommodating. I’ve asked twice for sweet potato fries to be on the menu over the last month and now they have them. Prices are good for the quality and amount of food too.
