Sage is possibly one of the most amazing and hospitable people I have ever had the pleasure of talking too! I am awestruck by the service he provided for an order as small as mine.I had an online order for a Soda I have searched high and low for years called Sioux City Prickly Pear after it disappeared from all stores around me. Sage not only confirmed the product across the different store locations, but he also called and updated me immediately, letting me know the product may have changed and not be the same as before.He checked locations, emailed photos, left voicemails and offered to source more product all for a simple $20 order.Absolutely amazing service, and a truly helpful and nice person all for something as silly as a Soda I miss.

Best icecream in town, it's not even close!I also leaned recently they serve homemade pizza! I came in for lunch & had a slice of pepperoni. Its a New York style which I don't mind. It came out hot & fresh. Really good quality stuff!

Love this ice cream shop! So cute inside with some retro candy and sodas. Their ice cream selection is great and it is so yummy! The people are always so kind and helpful. You can try samples of the different flavors. Some of our favorites are coconut toffee crunch and the cheesecake one. I highly recommend trying it out. It's our favorite ice cream shop in Medford. Plus it's a local business!
