A friend sent me a holiday box with baked goods. I threw nearly all of them out. Mushy. Too sweet. Most tasted alike. Rip ofrf.

WOW - I am SAD! Can I just say how sad & frustrated I am with Wolferman's Bakery right now, a company that I "loved" and have referred many people to! I just had an HORRIFIC experience with them and their non existent customer servicer team. I need to mention that this experience is the icing on the cake (this has happened to us on our last several oders from them)! This has been going on since last week! We placed an order and it said 1 item will be delivered on August 2nd and the other item to the same person/address will be delivered on August 7th. Long story short, on Friday we received an email stating the one item will not be delivered until August 30th. This will not work, we contacted the company and were "Guaranteed" that the one Sandwhich Kit would be delivered on August 2nd & the other item would be delivered on August 7th! I get to the office this morning (Tuesday, August 2nd) and see an email from Wolferman's saying that the item is "no longer available" so it won't be delivered today! Are you kidding me? So I call and get a customer service rep. that said she couldn't help me - she said she "needed to put me on hold to figure out what to do!" Mind you I asked for a supervisor when she answered the phone. I was then transferred to "Ray" with Executive Services. Needless to say - his response was "I have heard it before, I don't know what else I can do for you!" WOW - OK! Thank you for not caring if I wanted to remain a "customer"! I am gabbed smacked at the Customer Service process for that company, or the lack of!!! They said it would be delivered several times to us on August 2nd and just give excuses for the chat, the emails, the voice mail messages, customer service & the executive services teams. I do not understand at all! How about work on the entire customer service process to make it the best instead of just giving excuses & not providing good solutions! There solution was for me to pick another item to get delivered "when ever"!! Not a solution!

Order items for Mother Day 5/14 a week in advance. Spending over $70 dollars. Ad said will be there by Mother Day. Got a call on Friday 5/12, saying will not come until Tuesday 5/16. Would not buy from a company that cannot keep there Promise!

I have been buying Wolfeman's super thick English muffins for years now. I usually send them to family and friends for various occasions. The last order I placed was 2/10/23 for the sampler 4 pack ($24.99). I just went to order another sampler pack. Price jumped to $34.99. That's a 40% increase in 3 months!! Well, needless to say, I did not order anything and will not. Too bad. They are delicious and easy to send to family and friends.

WOLFERMAN'S BAKERY GOOD. I am so disappointed to say the least. I placed 3 orders to go to 3 different places. Not only did the bakery items not arrive in a climate controlled box and was melted and jars leaking to my client. They also do not package everything to each person in 1 box. So the delivery dates could be different and again shipping to an area that has 90 degree weather is not up to my expectations for my gifts. Then I call and have to discuss it with a off shore, in the Phillipines call center who can not after 5 tries and my apologies to say I am so sorry I can't understand you, do not get anything but we will reship now in climate control box but now I have to wait in line for this gift to go out as if I just placed the order. Poor customer service, poor upfront packing and shipping service. I will not do this anymore.

BEAUTIFUL vibrant Gorgeous Kaleidoscope Roses. My brother and I ordered this gift online for our aunt's birthday and it arrived on time. We ordered 12 roses with the purple wind chime and purple vase. $84.99 plus shipping. The website totes that the Rose petals have been carefully color enhanced so that each petal is a different color. I was a bit skeptical but they are so unique so I said let's try them. My aunt was very, very pleased with the gift. I received a couple pics from her and the roses are really unusual and colorful. Not as bright as the picture on their website but still very cool. It came with a purple clear glass hourglass vase around 8" High. The wind chimes were an add-on and she liked those as well. The wind chimes are small but very cute with a purple stone. Looks like from previous bad reviews that people should stick with their non-edible gifts. The flowers are definitely a big WOW and I would encourage people to try their roses for a future gift. We encountered no issues with the order. Yay

Edit: I'm upgrading to 4 stars as they just contacted me and let me know they are refunding me for the first order. _________ I should have read the reviews here before I ordered. I placed an order last week for a sympathy gift. I realized I had entered the wrong address. I called the number on their website. The customer service rep told me that he couldn't change the address but that he *could* simply cancel the order and I could just place a new order -- which I did. Now I've just received a confirmation that the original order was never canceled, was shipped to the bad address and I wasn't refunded . So now in addition to grieving a beloved family member - I'm out $94.30 for the first package that was supposed to be canceled but instead was sent to a stranger.

If there was a NO STAR rating, that's what I would give them. Sadly, Wolferman's products were once one of my favorite things to give and to receive. Since the Harry & David takeover, however, the quality has dwindled to a level of great disappointment. I received 2 gift boxes for Christmas this year, one was so annoyingly stale that I paid $18.35 at the post office to send it back after they refused to refund the giver without the giver themselves calling, which they did, and Wolferman's sent another box of stale goods--never heard from Wolferman's about the return. The second gift I received had torn packaging inside the outside box, making what was intended to be a keepsake box simply a candidate for the recycle bin. Used to be that Wolferman's was so delicious and you could order your choice of flavors. Not any longer. Being owned by a BIG conglomerate has absolutely ruined Wolferman's.

Someone got me Wolferman's English muffins about 5 years ago and when I opened the package, the muffins were moldy. Spores galore. A vendor of mine bought some Wolferman's English muffins for me and they just arrived yesterday. Surprise: Spores galore again!!!! Threw them all out into the woods. Maybe the squirrels will enjoy them. There is no way I would ever oder from this company. You've been warned. Happy 2023. Stay safe and mold free.
