I got a big fish sandwich for my dinner tonight and I couldn't even eat it. It was like shoe leather to bite into or chew it was like it was made a week ago not fresh that's for sure u would be ashamed if I sold something like that to one of my customers at my restaurant you really need help on appearance and quality of the food put out not slopped together I'm very disappointed with the food that was given to me tonight.

It is burger king, so not looking for miracles. 1 manager, 1 cook, 1 register guy. Manager pulling full weight of the operation. If you enjoy your burger still moo-ing at you, you like your food cold. Chicken wrap dry and cold, could be considered chicken jerky wraps. Probably out of the whole meal, was grateful the potato was cut into fry looking shapes, should consider frying them though, people usually enjoy them when they are "hot"

This is my go-to BK. I always go inside to order takeout, that way I can always double check my order. And if an item is missing I always get taken care of promptly.Parking: Plenty of spots. Parking lot is a gradual uphill climb to the restaurant but there are stairs at the side entry.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 spots right up front near the entrance which faces Mcglouhlin Blvd.
Order 5 things. A number 9, An impossible whopper, a medium fry and 2 chicken jrs. Took 25 minutes to get my food, they forgot the medium fry, the fries I did get where cold and soggy and the the rest of the food was like warm at best and they didn't give me a receipt. I returned the food completely uneaten and and asked for a refund. I stood outside in the cold and rain for 10 minutes waiting just to be told they can't figure out how refund my money.... Never coming back to this location again.

They do not honor the signs that are clearly placed on their window. Nasty attitude of manager and others working there. If they don't like their job they shouldn't be working there. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Do not eat here! Worst burger King ever!

I ordered Uber eats spent $38 on Burger King and asked for no onion on my whopper so they put extra onion and onion rings on my whopper. I know they think it's funny. Nobody wants to answer the phone I will never ever ever go back to this Burger King worst service ever: you actually get paid to be inappropriate. Disgusting the whole meal was dried out and old. Get it together Burger King! Pray I don't get good poisoning.
