If you're at the Milwaukie food cart pod, the cauliflower sandwich here is the way to go. They have several different sauce options for it, as well. Additionally they have vegan hot dogs they'll sub on their hot dog menu.

This cart is never open when we go to the food carts in Milwaukie. The one time they were the beer was not going to be “cold” for another 30 minutes. Totally disappointing.
