I ordered a a double hamburger only ketchup both my receipt and the tag on the burger both say double hamburger only ketchup. I was given a cheeseburger with two slices of cheese. I am highly allergic to cheese. I tried to call and let them know, but was disconnected. I tried six more times and each time I was disconnected. I have had a lot of issues with this particular McDonald’s, but I try and look past it but I am getting to the point to where I’d rather go to a different location.Update: the supervisor called me the next day. I apologized for the mistake and offered to comp my entire order. He was very polite and apologetic.

Terrible service via drive-thru. Never get the order correct and constantly forgetting condiments. Bottom of the barrel service and fast food. Save your money and go across the street to Rigs.

Did a mobile order for a sharable burger pack (4 cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers, 4 fries). I also ordered 2 drinks. I had to sit and wait for a while (which is fine). They finally brought my order out in a large box and I couldn't really tell everything that was in it. I got home and realized the 2 double cheeseburgers were missing and called the store. The first time they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt. I told her they didn't offer one because it was a prepaid mobile order, then she put me on hold and promptly hung up on me. I called back and they again told me without a receipt they couldn't help me and refused to give me the food I paid for. When I go into my app it shows I got 2 drinks and an "unavailable item". So, because the app is defective and they don't give receipts for mobile orders, I'm just out of the 2 largest burgers in the pack. Terrible customer service.

I love the 99 cent coffee when you order thru the app.
Cashier's are completely unprofessional and rude. Went through the drive thru and the young girl practically tossed us the bag and slammed the window. Not even have a good night! So Irritating. I should of knocked on the window and tossed it back to her!

I was having trouble wirh my mobile order processing. I didn't get there names, but 2 young ladies helped me even though they were busy. I appreciate their assistance and resolved the issue. It's nice to see customer service still exists!
