Food is good if your order is actually made on time. Placed my online order at 12:50, message told me it would be ready by 1:05-1:15. Didn't get my order until 1:50 because the workers were on break. Waited outside the window for over 30 minutes and the worker inside didn't even acknowledge we were there. I could understand if it was a busy day and they were behind but there was no one else in line and the worker was just on his phone. This place should consider better time management and customer service.

Always good! Love the ability to get day olds on top of a fresh breakfast Sammie and a coffee. Online ordering is a nice bonus. Don’t sleep on the blueberry bagel - for your breakfast order - it’s delish.

Ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich today before we went on a road trip, lady working there said it would be 15 minute wait and we waited 30 minutes. Didn't think we would have to check the sandwich and opened it and got a dry bagel sandwich with no cream cheese or tomato and the second one didn't have bacon. I don't mind them forgetting tomato but how you gon forget to add the cream cheese and bacon?!?! If we weren't on the road I'd go back for a refund. So check your sandwiches before you leave.

Go here often as an u er driver so finally went for myself. Was disappointed when they forgot part of our order. Husband loved the grilled cheese, I had the veggie and added avacado, which was okay. Might try again. Not as impressed as expected.

Best bagels in Portland. Grew up in NY where every town has a few bagel shops that are rolled, boiled and baked. Only way to make a proper bagel and they have nailed it here. Breakfast sandwiches are perfect too. A whole egg cooked on a flat top, they way it should be!

I really appreciate this location and the people who work here. They do a great job and the food is delicious. Also has a dairy free option for cream cheese.My go to here is a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon. The bags of day old bagels are fantastic and reasonably priced as well. This morning was the last straw. We are swearing off the Milwaukie location. Too many times we’ve driven up to make an order in-person to get bagel sandwiches missing ingredients. Either we’ll get charged for an add-on that doesn’t make it into the bagel, the server fails to key-in the add-on at time of order, or worst of all, the delicious rice crispy treat is never put into the bag. It’s tiresome opening up sandwiches to make sure everything is there after waiting 25 minutes from ordering. The 82nd location is a much better experience.
They always have good bagels and a nice variety of different things you can have on them. I like their bagel sandwiches and they sell good day-old variety packs for cheap.

I’ve had Puddletown from a different location and it was good! So I was severely disappointed and grossed out when I received my pizza bagel from this location. I would not recommend visiting this shop, the bagel was cold, had no cheese except in the hole? And was gross. (the photo is exactly how it came)

Tasty bagels! But the service is lacking. Saw the open sign was on and came up to the window. The person inside saw us standing there and waited 10 minutes before telling us they weren’t actually open. I think this was the last interaction for us to decide we won’t be coming here again. If the service matched the quality of bagels I might be back in.
