The women closing the evening of February 10th were very rude and made the worst sandwiches I have ever had. Upon calling the "sandwich artist" agreed that she had made my sandwich wrong but would not do anything about it (I asked for a credit or refund) unless I brought the sandwich back that night which I couldn't. She refused to tell me her name when I asked so that I could speak to the manager about her inappropriate customer service and sandwich making skills.

Ok I have been here a handful of times now and I have not been disappointed yet. Great service and friendly employees too.Vegetarian options: It's Subway, you already know.Parking: Plenty of spots that overflow into adjacent parking for the other businesses.Kid-friendliness: Order inside and watch your sub get built.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a spot close to the entrance door. (If I remember correctly...?)

After a very long night and early morning doctors visit with my toddler, my husband and I wearily declared "should we just get subway?" as we stumbled out of the Safeway pharmacy across the street. Bleary eyed, we trekked over with a hazy resolve.Briann met us with an easy smile and a delightful demeanor. She was a joy to work with, despite the sleep deprivation, and by the time we had our sandwiches, she even had the baby smiling.Thank you, Briann, from 2 sleepy parents. Our sandwiches were great as well.

Absolutely horrible experience and I am trying desperately to get a hold of HR and then to contact the BBB. What I experienced, no customer should have to witness. Instead of pulling his manager into the back, Tejendra Singh (The owner), was reprimandeding on the front line where you order. Tejendra didn't stop upon my family entering and we had to wait for him to take a breath for his poor employee to greet us. While we were ordering The owner started up his unprofessional complaint with her again. At this time I asked if he was the owner and he said, "yes." I proceeded to tell him his behavior was unprofessional. He proceeded to sit in the booth closest to us and watch us. As my sandwich was being toasted he rushed my husband into paying so I had to buy my guac on a separate transaction. I had my child with me and the owner was hostile the whole time over a monster energy drink. Upon taking my complaint with corporate, I received an email from Tejendra saying that he had never received such a complaint before and apologies. Now if you read his reviews we can see a track record of hostility towards customers from him and staff. Why didn't a trained HR professional reach out to me instead of an excuse making liar? No refund just a diminutive response and a feigned attempt at an apology. He even commented it was probably my first time in. I live around the corner and frequent enough with my family of six, I've lived in this area my whole life and remember his space being a video store. Often times there is only one employee in the store as well. It really doesn't matter how many times I have been in his store, if he doesn't make it right then I won't be returning. As a food industry professional who went to Johnson and Wales and have worked for this industry for almost 20 years, I am appalled by the service and lack of a HR response. No one should be made to feel unsafe. The owner embarrassed his manager and himself by his anger and hostility. In the email he told me he treats his employees like family. I hope they find a job elsewhere. My husband's sandwich didn't meet his expectations and doing two transactions when the owner rushed us was pretty insane. We also couldn't sit down and eat because of the hostility. Obviously it was an absolutely horrible experience and I will warn my neighbors. We don't need that kind of business owner in our community.
