We booked with two chicks and a rooster catering for our reception and I couldn't be happier I did. I met with Vicki and she was wonderful from start to finish. She helped me craft a menu, helped me figure our budget and even gave recommendations for my plates and rental places. I planned the event myself, which was stressful enough, but honestly, I couldn't of done it without Vicki! She was there to answer all my questions and help me as I moved through the process. I also worked with Charlene for my actual event, and she is sweet as pie!ENOUGH with the phenomenal service...... (which was top tier) and to dive into the food. We selected a lemon rosemary chicken as well as tri tip. Let me tell you, they did WONDERFUL. As the new wife of a grill master, he was impressed too! I couldn't be happier. They helped from start to finish with planning, the food was great and they even assisted with the pick up after the event. I would totally book with them again! They even gave us a super cute cutting board as a gift after our event with our dates burned into it!Don't overlook this company. They are PHENOMENAL! Five Stars

The service we received at the wedding was great, they served our guests, bussed the tables, and decorated the food tables to compliment the wedding décor. Some guests enjoyed the food and others enjoyed it less; portions appeared equal, but some plates had more of certain ingredients (e.g., my father had a lot of sauce on his first piece of chicken and very little on his second). Overall the food was decent, unfortunately some items were less seasoned or a little over cooked than what we would have preferred. We very much appreciated the to-go boxes they made my husband and I, the messages written on the boxes, and the customized cutting board the company provided.

This team did amazing!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! From the charcuterie board to the salad, roasted veggies, prime rib, cedar salmon, to the chocolate moose was absolutely PERFECT. We contacted Vicki with a pretty tall order and on relatively short notice. We needed six meals catered to serve nearly 400 people over two days. Three meal services on one day at one location and three more the following day at another. After vetting a handful of other caterers in the Portland area, I found Two Chicks and a Rooster not only eager and willing to tackle the task, but able to presentband excellent variety of menu choices. The brisket was on point, by the way, and their, "World Famous" mac & cheese lived up to it's name. The rooster outdid himself! Tandi, Charlene and Robert did an amazing job, setting up a great presentation and ensuring there was enough of that delicious food for everyone. If you're looking to have an event catered, you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't put Two Chicks and a Rooster at the top of your list!

When I reached out for a quote she worked with me to find the right food and service for within my budget. She always got back to me quickly on my questions and was flexible and easy to work with. For the day of the food was great, but even more importantly the servers were exceptional. They were extremely attentive, friendly and on top of throughout the whole night.
