This was my first time into a voodoo doughnut, I'm visiting from the mid-west, and it was all it's hyped up to be. Jennifer was an absolute gem that made our trip as sweet as the amazing doughnuts we got!

The cashier tried to give me vegan doughnuts without telling me. When I said I would rather get something else besides vegan doughnuts she said, "they are the same" and was upset that I didn't want vegan doughnuts. I can tell the difference, vegan doughnuts are inferior quality and I don't appreciate the attitude about trying to bait and switch me. I will not be going back to this location. I'm pretty sure I still received vegan doughnuts even though I politely asked not to.

Almost can't wait for morning time to try.I got the pastry for an84 y.o. Gentleman neighbor for his birthday. Love Voodoo donuts but this location has terrible customer service and we decided to leave before ordering. My potty training 3 year old had to use the restroom- there are 2 bathrooms (neither says employee bathroom) and I asked for the key to use it- was told someone was in it, I go back and check and only one was being used. I ask again and say one is vacant and I’m told that it’s the employee bathroom. It was not marked as an employee bathroom and regardless it was a 3 year old! What harm is a 3 year old going to do!We decide to leave because that did not sit right with me. I call to speak to manager to give them a tip on customer service and am told the one who behaved that way is the manager. I was told sorry and that they were busy (they were not) and could not grab the key from the back.Please do better. Heading to the Pearl District one even though they actually ARE busy.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

She started with a compliment and a smile. Jennifer Q was awesome. Very friendly and all her recommendations were on point. Much easier to get in and out of compared to downtown.
I had a very pleasant trip there to pick up a couple of doughnuts for the road. It was about 20 minutes away from closing time, I was the only one there, and the nice human behind the counter let me pick a free doughnut. So of course a VooDoo doll!! Bacon Maples, Old Dirty Bastard, Grape Ape and VooDoo dollls are so freaking good.

So hyped up. And literally just average all the way around and a bit overpriced. I did try this place again due to people raving about it. And I believe the donuts I had were cold and stale. So I threw them into the garbage. I really don't understand why would you serve me hard stale donuts especially since I'm giving you another chance to earn my business. I eat donuts at least 2 x a week. So I will go to Heavenly donuts.
