orderd pizza friday 2/23, after 2 1/2 hours it still wasn't delivered. We decided to go into the store to see what was going on, inside was full of other angry customers who were also waiting for hours for our food. When I asked when my food would be ready, they tould me it they wouldn't start making it for another 45 minutes, which would have made it nearly four hours after I placed the order. When I asked for a refund , the employee promptly cursed me out and told me to leave the store immediately . Will NEVER BE RETURNING

What’s the point of the Tracker if legit every time I’ve gone to pick up my pizza and I get to the store. The app says “good news your pizza is ready!” But I walk into the store and they can’t find it. Oh because it’s still being cooked or made. It’s almost like they pre complete the order in their system to make their times look good but in actuality they are running behind. I know fast food is tough but we don’t gotta lie. Shame.

They couldn't find my car (the only car on and waiting) for curbside pickup and instead of apologize, they told me to change my car in the app. Apparently they couldn't tell my car was the blue Honda they looked for and blamed me for their mistake. When I said my car is a blue Honda, I still didn't get an apology, they just walked away. Extremely rude to blame the customer for your mistake. Won't be back anymore.

Food was tasted how it should but my sandwich wasn't cut, pizza slices extremely uneven and the site was down so when I picked up it was late.. they gave me a free pizza to help with the overall experience

This location always manages to get something wrong. Either you're waiting in your car for 15 minutes for a car side order that's supposed to be in under 2 minutes, food isn't cooked all the way through, or the order is just wrong.And contacting someone about the issue? Forget about it; you're being a nuisance.If you do get them to remake your order, prepare to sit around as you'll be put on the bottom of the priority list, is your name even gets put on the work order.This store just doesn't care. They show up for a paycheck and that's it. I guess I shouldn't expect much else from a pizza place.

Tried to order a pizza today and got redirected to a call center elsewhere.The woman who answered stated that she wasn't sure on how to work her own system and that she couldn't process my order tonight. When I asked if I could talk to a human being in my actual store she just hung up. Seriously do not order here.
Wish I could do less than 1 star. An hour and 10 minutes before close, literally 1 dozen+ calls won’t pick up the phone. This place lost a lot of money in sales tonight. Little Caesar’s FTW!!!!!!

There was like 5 small pieces of hair in my garlic bites. I went back to let them know and they didn’t say sorry or anything just took the box and started making a second batch when what I wanted was a refund.

Ordered 2 thin crusts pizzas this evening. Neither one seemed to have any sauce on them. Both were dry and not what we're used to from this location. The food is usually hot, made perfectly and delicious. Decided to try the new cheesy tots and even they were burned on the bottom. Very disappointed this time.
