*Go across the street to Chapters instead!* My wife and I (more so my wife) come here often and have enjoyed it every time. Today we came and had the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a coffee shop - especially a locally owned one. The baristas were so rude and laughing, smirking and talking under their breath as I was trying to raise my concerns to them. When I asked for the owner they laughed and said she wasn’t there today. This all happened a couple of days after my buddy who I told to go here had to wait 15-30 minutes for a bagel. The owner did apologize for that incident as she was there that day. Apparently when the owner is not there the baristas act however they want. I’ve reached out to the owner to share my experience. My family, along with another couple of regulars that witnessed this, will be going to Chapters instead from now on. We’ve never had anything but great customer service and great coffee from Chapters.UPDATE: The owner responded to my complaint via email and was able to get both sides (ours as well as the baristas) and, I feel, responded appropriately to address the concerns. While I still do not feel that I will be returning any time soon I am appreciative of Tiffany’s swift response and taking action to prevent this in the future.

We came in for a morning coffee and pastry. Cute little coffee shop with lots of seating, chill atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. - London fog latte (4/5): Great flavor, pretty sweet but delicious. - Berry cinnamon roll (4.5/5): I usually don't like berry flavored, but this pastry was so yummy! Perfect sweetness, doughy, so good.

Great service, delicious coffee, and scrumptious food! I ordered a latte and Turkey sandwich to go after seeing a FB post that they had spinach Asiago bagels. Naturally I got my sandwich on that bagel. It does come with chips (or a side salad), but I forgot to pick up a bag. The sandwich was amazing on its own - The first bite was so delicious that I forgot to add any mustard or mayo to it. LOL. The place had a cute eclectic vibe. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that I wish it were open until 3 pm. I don't always get a lunch break on time. Anyway, I'll be back!

Mexi mocha....mmmmmm. Had a burrito and cinnamon roll. Not quite Cinnabon, but much better than average. Soft and yum. Bacon in the burrito was a bit undercooked to my liking, but it was a good concoction nonetheless. Loved that it wasn't full of potatoes. Lots of egg. Did I mention the Mexi mocha?
The food was meh, but the cappuccino was great! My friend had been trying to find a good Capp while visiting, and this place delivered! Better than coffee shops in Portland. The sandwich was good, very basic. And I wish they'd put the condiments on themselves instead of giving the little packets. It's annoying for the customer and bad for sustainability. My bagel was boring but the house made hummus was good. I liked the texture!

Terrible service when we came in today around 11:30am. The woman at the register didn't say hello, never asked what we wanted to order and looked miserable. Can't believe how rude she was at such a cute shop with great reviews. We wanted to stay and work on our computers for a couple of hours but ended up grabbing the scramble plate and a coffee and leaving. Food was fine but will not recommend this place to friends in the area.
