I think that's being generous. The service was ok. Staff was very nice when they came over between eating their meal at their table and serving the take out meals. The restaurant was rather empty. I think I know why. The food was not very good. Pork tasted like it was reheated and leftover for many days. I barely felt good feeding it to my dog.The Kung Po chicken was frozen from a bag. Definitely not made in the restaurant. The rice was definitely days old and had a little crunch to it. It was so well done. Not much positive to say about this experience. Multiple visits same result. Tried to be fair and give it chances. Always a disappointment. People seem to love the bar. It's always crowded.

Came to dinner with my sister, her 6 year old and my 5 year old sons. Only one woman working the entire dining area so service was both scarce and very slow. It was also quite cold inside. Otherwise the food was absolutely amazing, good portions and great flavor at a pretty good price.Kid-friendliness: The boys were a bit stir crazy during the long wait for our orders to be taken then for the food to arrive and my nephew got up and the lady quite sternly told him to sit back down. It was a bit surprising and upsetting. We understand that it poses a risk with them up while she's carrying stuff but to talk to someone's young child like she did was a tad over kill.
Ordered online waited the time it said.. I get here and the food hadn’t even been started . Lady working was busy talking instead of checking orders coming in ..

The restaurant is not our favorite. I guess it's under new ownershipand everything has a different taste. The BBQ pork was delicious as well as the dipping sauce, and I swear they watered down the wine. Our server was fantastic.

I’ve been bringing my family here for about 5 years but we’ll never go back after tonight. They used to have the best food. We would get the family dinner and it came with a cool appetizer centerpiece with a little grill in it, it was really cool. Sadly they have changed owners and completely redid the menu and no longer offer this. The food has changed too. They used to have the best general tso chicken around, now it’s terrible. We had the general tso and the sweet and sour chicken and both were bad. It tasted like the frozen chicken you get at Safeway and cook in your air fryer. Definitely not made fresh. There were cold spots in the food. It’s obviously just reheated Safeway frozen food. They used to have a window where you could watch them cook but they put a curtain over it so that you can’t see that they are just microwaving your food now. Very disappointed to see such a great restaurant fall so far.

I would give a amazing shout out to Jessica she is a fantastic woman and bartender and she is every friendly towards her customers and staff around her and makes the atmosphere light up and she is very nice and a trooper while she is working with just one arm that is a statement that is a real bartender and is willing to come in while she is hurt stay strong and push through the pain and hope you have a speedy recovery and best wishes for 100 percent healing and healing and when you get back you'll be better than ever

Jessica Cartier is steller! She knows your drink and will have it ready if you give her the wink. She takes care of her guests with absolute care,thoughtfulness and consideration. Never had a bad time here. Karaoke is fun!

Love the waitresses please do not be upset at them at any point they are wonderful people!However, very recently we have noticed a huge difference in the food. Today our food was completely dry and blandThe barbecue pork was so dry I've had to warn my kids to not choke ages eight through thirteen. We live just a few blocks away so we were expecting it to not be so tough. My thirteenyear old is having a hard time tearing the barbecue pork as I type this. Really hope this review helps with improvement. We will be back in a few months
