Went in with a friend around a week ago, and there were a bunch of employees standing around talking loud enough for us to hear. They were saying bad things about the neighboring businesses. They seemed like managers, but we weren't sure. The food was alright, but there's better places to get a burger in Newberg where they have a better atmosphere. It was just really odd and made for an uncomfortable environment. We'll be trying out the other restaurants that recently opened in the new plaza.

It's the shiny new thing. I've seen other locations as they cut back and the corporate team pulls out. This place is rocking and rolling right now with enough employees that as you get up your table is being cleaned and ready for the next person. Food is all freshly cooked and ready to go. They are pre cooking or having burgers cooking in anticipation of the next order. So it's coming out quick fresh and hot. It's crowded Everytime I go in but there is no wait and I believe that's what keeps people coming in. There is no line and the food comes out quickly. Not a lot of ambience it's pretty much an eat and leave kind of place. Most people are bussing their own table because most people are bussing their own table or someone is coming right away to clean. Again new locations operate this way for a while. Hopefully this keeps up the good work. Good food. Good size portions. Good service no hidden menu no secrets just good better food and well cooked fries. Good for shakes also.

Burgers were juicy and great. Fries were barely warm and average. Milkshake was thick and above average. Price was high for a self-serve, eat out of disposables, leave your coat on cold, fast food experience. MANY workers, clean and fast.
My husband and I stopped by at this new location on 12/28/23. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers, small fries, and a peanut butter shake. The cashier that rang our order on register 2 was friendly, thorough, and cheerful. All of the staff were friendly and efficient getting all of the orders handed out to customers. Wait time was reasonable due to the fact it was 5:33 pm and it was busy. The food tasted good plus there were free peanuts to stave off the hangry while waiting. Overall, this place gave a good first impression on us. Keep up the awesome customer service!Parking: During peak hours such as lunch and dinner time the parking lot fills up quickly. Also, there are other businesses within close proximity of each other, so if one is willing to walk just a little bit then there are plenty of open parking spots.
