Apart from their stellar communication and service we were able to secure majority of what we needed for our wedding through a single vendor. Food, plateware, linens, servers, bar staff, trash removal, day of coordinating and they even picked up a local cake & cupcake order for a small fee. It saved us so much stress knowing Viki and her team had it totally covered. They did not disappoint when it came time to serve 185 guests on one of the hottest days in July! It's Party Time Catering assisted us with a large, in-home party in March, and they did not disappoint in any way! And we were not an easy group, either. A totally vegetarian menu, with a few gluten-free options thrown in, all came together in beautiful displays that included a wide variety of tasty hors d'oeuvres and other wonderful treats. Not only were the food offerings delicious (and artfully displayed), the staff performed beyond our expectations. And I say "performed", because that is exactly what each and every wait person did. You see, our party was a Roaring 20's Murder Mystery Party for which every party attendee was assigned a character and costume. Imagine our delight when ALL the servers and bartender showed up in Roaring 20's costumes and appropriate "tudes"! Although this was our first experience with It's Party Time Catering, I do believe we have found a new "go-to" catering company for future parties. I had another catering company which almost bailed on us the last minute so I quickly reached out to It's Party Time Catering and Viki helped me so quickly and got me an estimate within an hour of me calling. She was super nice and helpful. I ended up hearing back from my original caterer so went with them as I had already placed a deposit but still had to give props to It's Party Time Catering and Viki as I have never had someone respond to quickly. She was great!
