It's not dirty but the place is "dusty" and feels like it needs a wipe down. The food is good if you stay away from meat. . . I prefer meat but I can't with how much fat that is not taken off. I'd rather go to burritos locos down the road. Similar price, better service, cleaner and the food is on point.

I like muchas it's simple and gets the job done but what I can't stand that really irritates me is when I order on door dash even though I leave a note every time asking for green and red salsa in the bag 70% of the time I get none. Who orders mexican fast food and doesn't get salsa. Can you please make it an automatic to add salsa to every door dash order. It really ruins the good food with out it.

Food could be great. Time and time again I request hot sauce to be put on the burrito, so it's easier to eat and drive. (First world problem) . The responses from employees are the problem . Rudeness, non answers. I just don't get it. Also...literally every other MG does it without an issue. Why bother with Newberg then?

Was finishing a job nearby and Wanted to buy a burrito here at the drive-thru … but the order-taker (rather rudely) refused our polite request to cut the burrito in half for us. Just said no. I even offered to pay an extra dollar. We cancelled the order and drove off. Too bad. I guess good help is hard to find. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I won’t be back

Paid 15 dollars for a terrible sour cream and cheese burrito called an oregon burrito. And they have the nerve to demand a tip at payment. Never going there again.
