We had ordered 2 different pizzas. The first pizza came out and it was made incorrect. Went up and told the employees but they didn’t seem to care. Just said there was a language barrier with the kitchen. Didn’t offer to remake it at all. The 2nd pizza took over an hour to come out. Went up and checked on it after the first one came out and they looked for it. The girl said she must’ve made a mistake and given it to someone else. Waited another 40 min for this one to come. By this time everyone was done eating before we got the 2nd pizza. We’ve been to this location several times and this was by far the worst experience ever! Will not be going back to this location.

Had pizza to day with family We ordered our food I was told it's gonna take 20 minutes . After 40 minutes or longer I want back up there to see where our food is at I got an excuse they're saying they got busy I told them that we ordered a food about 40 minutes ago or longer and I said where is our foodI don't want any stupid excuses this is getting ridiculousThere was people that got there before we did and they already got their food way before us . The pizza was Dry light cord board With hardly any meat on it . Each piece of pizza had maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni on that 2 small pieces of chicken and 2 small pieces of pineapple I ordered some Buffalo wings I told them mildThey were hot ? Could not eat them . So 45 mins or more to get Too small disgusting pizzas Buffalo wings that were supposed to be mild but hot The 12 piece was a A waste of $59. Next time I will just get pizza for winco for $12.

Came in on a Tuesday mid afternoon and the place was empty. Man that took our order was nice, the process was simple and quick. We found a table and then started to go make our salads at the salad bar. Things weren't as fresh as they should have been but we made the best of it. Pizza came out quickly and piping hot. Not a bad little spot to grab a bite to eat.

The food was the worse round table I have ever eaten....never eat there again. If I could do negative stars I would. The crust was raw called it in made them so another o e same thing. Never spending my hard working money there ever again!
Well, this was a disaster! We ordered online well about an hour an a half in advance to our anticipated arrival time after a full day at Wings and Waves. When I entered the restaurant there was a clearly upset customer at the counter and two other customers waiting with arcade tickets that looked quite frustrated. I remained optimistic. I had my party of 6 find a table while I waited. And waited. When it was my turn I soon found out my order was a complete mystery to them and had not been started. In the mean time there was a line forming behind me of guests and door dash pick up orders. The two employees really had no idea what to do. My heart goes out to them. There was one person cooking pizzas and one person searching through the computer for all these orders. It was a disaster. I said we'll just cancel and go. That didn't work. He didn't know how to credit my card. Someone was on the phone saying we needed to wait 30 minutes and they would come credit us. No thanks, we have a 2 hour drive and 6 hungry people. We left with no food, no credit. Supposedly we were going to receive a call to get our information and get the card credited but of course that didn't occur. We chose Round Table out of the dozen other establishments near by because they are more of a chain and with kids I figured it would be a safe bet. Boy was I wrong. We ended up eating exactly what we didn't want. Burgers and fries. Such a bummer. The interior space looks like it could be such a nice place if it were staffed appropriately. Unfortunately the salad bar looked unkempt with lettuce sitting out of the cool zone and ice built up on the sides. What a waste.

Staff was rude, there was no sauce on our pizza and was lacking some of the ingredients on the King Arthur. Called the place back and the kid didn't listen just said we're out of King Arthur's and then hung up on us. The name on the receipt of the server was Scotty C. I use to love Round Table Pizza but definitely will NOT be returning to the Newberg one again. A waste of $32. Customer service was non existent toward all the customers in there.

Worst idea ever. Was overpriced, everything was cold. They use DoorDash so when They forgot my soda they told me I would have to contact door dash. Hands down worst pizza delivery in newberg.

I dined in with my husband and two kids. The pizza was mediocre and I asked for a salad bar salad before I saw the salad bar itself…big mistake. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The spinach was slimy. All the toppings were wilted…it looked like food poisoning waiting to happen. This establishment has really gone down hill. I don’t think they will be able to keep their doors open much longer…we won’t be returning.
