I went in around 4:30 today,The kiddos working ,had great customer service,I didn't catch his name ,dark haired kiddo ,He made my sandwich perfectly,he made eye contact which is a huge thing for me,He was pleasant and friendly,Good job kiddo,Thank you

It's just best to order from the website and pick up.They are so busy doing that it makes it hard for them to service the people in the store.This place is one of the cleanest subways I have ever seen. Tables chairs soda area all clean. No trash left on the tables no crumbs of the last person remain.Use coupons in the mail online. Pro tip the coupons scams or code entry usually don't work at the store and they can t do anything about it is what they say.

I come here a lot. Today, I got off work and decided to deliver some food orders and make some extra money. All I was doing was picking up an order of a dozen cookies. He started the order, tossed the half filled box on the counter towards me then in a tone that made me feel like I did something wrong or was being a nuisance, asked someone else if they would finish my order. The other guy was nice but confused as I was why he didn’t simply put the rest of the cookies in there. Apparently they were out, but he didn’t explain that to me. I didn’t argue or say anything, I’m not going to argue with a child but I expect people to have manners when working in customer service settings. Won’t be going back, not even for food deliveries.

Cleanest Subway I've been to. Bread was perfect. All the toppings were fresh. Friendly helpful worker. Legitimately a 5 star experience. Hadn't been to a Subway in years, glad I went. No picture because I ate my sandwich too quickly...

How hard is it to toast the bread? Come on here. It's skipped every time I'm not there to watch. Quit being lazy. And if your oven is broken, call it in and get it fixed. Is your franchise too poor to do so?

Woman who claimed to be in charge was using the bathroom when I came in, so no one was in the front of the store for several minutes.when she came out, heard flushing, did not hear hand washing. Asked me: "what do you need",like she didn't know she worked at a sandwich shop. She refused to make me a child size sandwich unless the child was there, and would not make a meatball at all, all while being incredibly rude. I visit this location often, the young people who are usually there are very kind and know how to say yes to a frequent guest in the restaurant. This awful woman should take a lesson from them. I have never seen this person before today.

Allow your customers to contact the store by phone, so that we may ask questions. Your automated service numbers are infuriating. Not the information I wanted to know. Will not be going out of my way to this location, without knowing the answer to the question I needed to ask. Simply put, this is silly. The work ethic these days is flabbergasting. Y'all too good to answer a phone now?

I had a wonderful experiences last few times I’ve came. Amy, I believe she’s fairly new, was so polite and helped in every way throughout my order there at the subway in newberg. Not only was she polite, she was great at greeting me and others who came while I was there for my own food. She greeted politely to others but yet stayed focus on me as well. She is just genuinely a great worker with amazing customer service skills. With that kind of employees it makes it that much more easier to want to keep coming back. Might I add the sandwich we made for me and my family was so delicious. Also she was on top of her cleanliness!

I had the pleasure of having a sandwich made by Nox..incredibly friendly, greeted me at the door, offered suggestions to make my sandwich better, and chatted with me all along the way. Plus, the sandwich was delicious ;)

Terrible experience here! Management is chaos and customer service is horrible. I ordered online and website told me to pick up at 4pm, when I showed up at 4:10, sandwiches were not ready. Employee said it's not her fault, that's all, done! I had to volunteerly ask her:" then what's the next?" she told me to come in half an hour, then sandwiches would be ready. ok, 40 minutes later, I came, still not ready!!! I couldn't cancel the order, but couldn't pick up either. It totally ruined my busy schedules. finally over 1 hour after I ordered, the sandwiches were ready. Fast food is slower than sitting in restaurant. I called manager about this issue. Manager was polite in the beginning, but at the end, it seemed that I ruined her day. She was so eager to hang off the phone to enjoy her day, not focused on how to improve the customer service or what would be the better solution for future. I will never go back to that place again.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! I was waiting in line to order with my kids and there was one worker checking customer out and another making sandwiches and another filling up the containers with meat and cheess. I watched the worker who was filling the container with meat and cheese touching the sandwich meat with her bare hands, then she did the same thing again with the cheese. I was so grossed out I had to tell the manager before I left what I seen. He had no care and didn't say anything to his employe. This is a health code violation FOOD CODE, OAR 603-25- 0030, CHAPTER 3-301.11 (B) I will not be eating her again ever as if they are willing to do this inform of customer what are they willing to do where you can't see them!
