Fresh, genuine, flavors are abundant and deliciously identifiable not drowned out. AMAZING

A friend picked us up a quesadilla, tacos, and gorditas. It is the best Mexican food I have had in Newberg. I highly recommend it. I will be going here again.

Very happy to see Kopitos chose this location to be their new home. I came on a first Friday and they were packed. Food is consistently great. Thanks!

Kopitos is back in Newberg! One of the best Mexican food trucks in the area!

Los Kopitos is the silver lining to my gray and cloudy days. Glad they are back in Newberg making tasty bites. Can’t say enough good things about the service or the food. Particularly grateful for their vegan offerings.

Street tacos and carnitas sandwich at Mac Mkt this evening. EXCELLENT stuff! Can't wait to go back.

Hey, it's a mobile shack that shares the lot with a winery. Order up, head inside and order wine or a local craft brew. Your pager will go off when your food is ready. Super great foodie fan place. You will not regret. If you need, tell them not too spicey. Our whole family enjoys the quisine. They also bring the stand to Newberg's summertime Tunes on Tuesday between the Library and Cultural center. Always a favorite, ask a local. Not a fast food joint, worth every cent. You'll be back!

Kopitos is a very tasty Mexican food truck with food made fresh daily. They have a lot to choose from: burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, soups, and specials. All of their food is made after you order so it takes a little time to cook (they even warn you this is NOT fast food). If you have dietary restrictions let them know. They're happy to accommodate to your diet. I ordered the carnitas burrito and it was delicious. I loved the flavors and really enjoyed having tomatoes and lettuce on the inside of the burrito. Normally, I see these veggies on the side of the plate. We dined in. They have a nice little dining area with shelter if there is rain. The staff is great and they are very friendly. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the menu (if you have them). I really enjoyed Kopitos and will definitely return the next time I am in the area.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions let them know. They're happy to accommodate.

Delicious and original, high quality seasonal and quickly prepared Mex, from a cart (next to a wine spot, with live music, that plays host). Cart has an exceptionally handy wind-break, and a couple fun/novel tiny benches that make a party of 3-4 instant friends, unless you go for the other ample seating options inside the adjacent tasting room or tent. This one stands out as new flavors and/or slightly different dish types to the usual options, rotates constantly, nice ordering experience. Would highly suggest for dine-in on metal baking trays with butcher paper or take-out. Gorditas, Emanadas, and a seasonal fall soup with toasted bread were all hits.

Love Kopitos. I've never been disappointed by their standards (chicken and shrimp plate, empanadas, etc.) and their specials are always delightful as well. Doesn't hurt that Methven is pouring great local beer and wine.

Seriously an untapped gem of a place. Our family asks to come eat here at least once a week. Some of the best food ever, also happens to be a kind menu if you need some gluten free options. You won’t feel like an afterthought here. Can’t recommend enough!

Grab some grub from Kopitos (the fried cauliflower is a real treat) and walk over to the Methven tent for a glass of beer or wine. Seriously tasty street cart food in an unexpected location. Thank you!
