I went in thinking I was getting a whole food juice. It was a Herbalife scam. The owners had before and after pics of people losing weight on the counter. It was unsolicited fat shaming, I was asked to fill out all of my information before they rang me up. When I didn't want to they came around the counter and filled it in for me so they could get the "points" for the sales. One of the owners over shared her life story including being fat and divorced and having used this product getting to her best self. I have no idea why I continued to be sold a product I could tell wasn't fresh food and was even told it was powders. I don't know why I gave them my information to fill out and I have no idea why I paid $20 for two disgusting drinks that landed in the garbage outside and I super don't know why we tipped. Other than we are walking around in a state of grief and they are queen sales people. This is the only explanation I have for not leaving immediately. Anyway it was an obnoxious experience that left me feeling ambushed.

So I had the pleasure of making Kathy's acquaintance today. Not impressed by her in anyway. My wife and I were almost run off the road today by a guy who turned out to be 28 years old, in his Mustang. He cut my wife off driving in the traffic jam that is hwy 101. There wasn't two feet between our cars, and then he of course got stuck behind the 15 cars that were in front of us. So I have a picture of his license plate. If I had had cell service, I would have called the non emergency number of the Newport Police, but no service. An hour and a half later we see the same Mustang parked near this establishment. I saw the guy approach his car. I talked with him. Kathy decided she needed to be involved. To the man in the car. Driving the way you drove will likely result in injury to yourself and others. If you run into a tree and kill yourself and your passenger, it will inconvenience a couple of thousand people while the state police decide how you killed yourself or others because the only road down the coast will be closed for about 8 hours. To Kathy. You wanted me off your property. You were rude to my wife. I sincerely hope more people stay off your property and out of your establishment going forward. You would have been far better off to go sell a shake. I did not threaten anyone, and that gentleman, like many people do not like to be held accountable for their actions. There are many great options for drinks in the area this is not one I will ever choose.

Recommend 10/10. Bayside not only has incredible food and beverage choices but the service is top notch. They get to know you, take time to figure out what you need or want out of your visit, and always treat you with kindness. I highly recommend bayside for adults and kids. Even my children love their drinks!

Horrible experience, The owner Kathy and her husband was rude and hateful and came across very assaulting with mockery and name calling. My daughters came in and ordered a shake from them thinking it was icecream. Their signs outside was very luring and it seemed like a nice place to have a icecream shake, They ordered birthday cake and strawberry cheesecake, They took one drink and spit it out, immediately and almost threw up, They told me it tasted spoiled, I tried it and it tasted like chalk, no flavor and they both tasted the same. It was horrible. They told the lady it tasted like spoiled powdered milk, and they didn’t like it, the lady got hella rude and yelled at them and said we have no milk in these they are powder and water, that’s it, my daughters came outside to me upset, and I came in and asked if they could have a refund because they thought it was icecream, they had a attitude and I said they weren’t fit to drink, and they said there is the trash can!I threw them into the trash, which they laughed and giggled, no refund, or making it right to two small children who didn’t know what they were buying, as I was leaving I heard the older lady call me a fat-B under her breath, They charged my kids $20 bucks and they couldn’t even drink it, It was not creamy and you should not have to chew shakes that’s gross!! The lady even got really rude and demanded my elderly mother to leave her store when she came in to reason with them because both my daughters were crying and upset because that was their only $20 to spend on something they really wanted which was icecream, unbelievable I never had anyone be this rude ever to us! They were just kids and you all took advantage of them.PS. You can lie all you want, which I know you will. But the reviews from others tells the story of how nasty and rude you all are! Also why would you even sell children a adult drink meant for adults who want to lose weight? That obviously doesn’t taste like icecream or even close to it, my girls even said while ordering we want the icecream birthday cake ice cream, you could of told them it’s not icecream instead of clearly taking their money and not even refunding them when they were clearly upset and didn’t even drink the shake!!
