Well I guess gone are the days when you can go to your local Burger King and get pleasant service and good food.I was the ONLY person in drive through.I waited at the drive through window for like 6 minutes.3 people standing right there and no one said a word...Not Hi, not we will be right with you...nada.Finally someone asked me if I got my coke yet. I said I haven't gotten anything yet.About 4 min. later I got my bag of food and I said I haven't got my coke yet.Oh, it'll be right here.What a terrible experience.Not one person said hi, thank you...nothing.Then, the fries were nice and hot but there was sooo much salt on them, I couldn't eat them. I realize I ordered a whopper junior, but it looked more like a slider...This is a perfect business for undercover boss to come in and see what's really happening at this place.NEVER AGAIN!!?

Absolutely Teriible customer service! I work 13 hours a day come here for a quick lunch before I go back to work and I leave in a horrible mood eveytime. Disrespectful workers Absolutely no respect for others what so ever! The lady taking orders needs to learn how to treat people it is not okay! Be kind to others at least have a smile. She talks to you with Disrespect like your a problem going there. I will not be returning unless your employees learn to be kind and have simple customer service it is not hard to do. This is everytime not just one time and I am done getting food here from now on.
I ordered a Lg Pink Lemonade no ice i get Lg Peach Lemonade full of ice. I ask heavy pickles i get three pickles. Never go to buger king in Newport Oregon worst chain restaurant they have they have messed up my order 10+ times i only go because its the only one in my townParking: Not worth the money you spend
