I feel like we hit this place on an off day with high hopes for the best coffee on the coast. Our coffees were light and not aromatic at all. The coffee tasted watered down. And that was disappointing. I thought it was just my hubby’s mocha but my latte was off too.The barista was excellent though and very friendly! Hoping to try this place again in the coming days to have a better cup.

We spent five days in Newport and each day I tried a different coffee shop. This was my favorite. Fresh baked marionberry pastry was outstanding and the coffee was exactly what I like.

The staff can't get a correct order. She said "3 saviries and a coffee?" Missed the pastry, when we paid. We were certainly charged a premium for our order (the food here is DELICIOUS) and then didn't bring us all of our order. I paid again because I was hungry and wanted the item I ordered. Normally, I wouldn't mention a small mistake that cost me $6, but this is literally THE THIRD TIME, in a ROW, that I've been charged yet received an incomplete order for our crew. Stop it. Print a ticket. Write it down. Next time I'm going to demand a paper receipt and a written list of what we've paid for. No excuse for this. If the food wasn't so good here it would be fewer stars...just charge correctly and fill our orders, and we will keep coming back.

Delish pastries, yummy coffee! A must stop when in Newport! Very clean, friendly baristas. Location is great, right on the street, it does have limited parking.

If you want the best coffee on the coast, go here.Great cozy atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff every time, and not to mention the BEST espresso I’ve ever had. And the baked goods are great as well! They usually have a good playlist going too.My partner is vegan and they are easily able to say which flavorings/syrups they have are vegan which is a big plus when ordering the specialty drinks.It’s a perfect place for 2 people to get coffee together.

We love it so much we drove 30 min out of the way just to come back for morning coffee and breakfast Best little place on the 101 for coffee & breakfast! Home made syrups, Eggnog and eats ? I wish there was one where we live. 100% recommend even if you're just looking for food! The box has the goat cheese avocado toast and I am holding the baconator, both are absolutely scrumptious!

Just paid $37 (with tip) for 2 dirty chai lattes and 2 breakfast sandwiches.There is no espresso in our lattes and our sandwiches have NO EGG. Seriously? How do you forget egg on breakfast sandwiches?

Not a huge fan. The coffee is fine, the pastries are average, the smoothies are basic and overpriced, and the people working have never been particularly friendly or welcoming during any of my visits so there's really nothing that makes me want to patronize this place.

We stopped here for a mid-day pick-me-up. The staff were very friendly! The ambiance & decor are super cute! We ordered the Sweater Weather latte, iced green tea, & Roasted garlic, fresh thyme & Parmesan roll. They warmed the roll so it was slightly crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. It was so flavorful with nice chunks of garlicky goodness & fresh herbs!
