We stopped by North Bend on our road trip through Washington and Oregon. Luckily we caught a day when the bakery was open, so we were able to enjoy incredibly delicious, freshly baked scones (I had pumpkin cinnamon, I think) and an equally delicious, sugary cupcake ? We make a point to stop at this bakery every time we're near Coos. The scones are hands down the best I've ever had - soft, moist and full of flavor. Each time we try something new and each time we wish we'd bought extra to bring home with us. Love the cupcakes with light fluffy frosting, soft cookies, rich brownies and gooey cinnamon rolls. I'm looking forward to our next trip to the Southern Coast so we can sample new recipes.
