Everything I've tried minus your chicken burritos and this grilled chicken sandwich has been delicious. But the chicken is dry and hard and bland. I asked for ketchup only and ya'll smothered it in ketchup to the point it made the bread soggy. Very disappointing. This is the last time I get chicken anything from buzz.

This place is my go to for burgers! Hand down the best in the area and love that they have sweet potato fries. I order food from here almost weekly. Happy they are on doordash.Dietary restrictions: They are always very accommodating of my allergy restrictions.

I ordered a chicken strip basket as a sit in. The girl brought me a to go, so once I opened it I assumed it was mine. It was someone else's, but she told me to keep it since I prefer the same thing. Well my partner got a basket and they gave him 3 dinky skinny chicken strips, and gave the to go box 5 (3 dinky small and 2 average size). This child's meal is $11.00. You can get more at another place. I will not be coming back here.

Great prices on food, and it's good, real good. They have mini carnitas for a couple bucks each that my girl and I think are the best in town. We are from San Diego originally, so we have some experience with great Mexican food and these carnitas are top notch baybee ?

On 1/4/2024 I ordered food to go they said they were closing we ordered at five she told me you can’t pick your food up after 5:30…?so brought the food home ordered chicken tacos same everytime I eat …..the chicken was ice cold and there was 2 long hairs built into my tacos????really you lost a loyal customer

Look, my family and I love Buzz, the food is some of the best in town, when you can actually order. Hence the 5 stars. But there has been an issue we've noticed the last few months with them closing early randomly and this really hinders the experience.We work till about 5 and will sometimes call around 5 - 5:15 to place a pickup order. Seems reasonable when a business is open till 6, right?There is one employee who, when you do this, will essentially try to discourage you from ordering. "You can only place a pickup order if you can be here in 10 minutes".When you go to pick it up within the time window given and the food isn't ready, she won't let you wait inside the business, she moves you to wait outside. Mind you, this will still be well before the closing time. This hasn't happened only once, but multiple times to multiple people we know.Recently, we arrived at about 5:15 PM on a Tuesday and ordered. All the chairs were picked up inside and after walking around the mall waiting for our food, we were told we have to wait outside for them to bring us our food. We couldn't even stand inside for the last couple of minutes to grab our food.It wasn't a dead day in the mall and we weren't the only people there. The employee also made an elderly couple wait outside for their order who seemed very happy standing there, chatting and waiting.When we sat to eat in the open mall seating (since we weren't allowed in Buzz) a group of 3 (presumably tourists) were amazed by how good the food looked and asked us about it as well as what time they close. I could only say, "well they're supposed to be open till 6." With a shrug. They excitedly went in to order around 5:35ish, and were turned away even though the employee just took her friends order and allowed her friend to stand in the business and chat while she waited for her food.When those 3 ladies walked out we heard them say "Wow, what kind of business won't serve you while they're still open?"I guess we assume this is the employee setting these unusual closing hours because the owners seem so nice and seem to really care about their customers and this one employee seems to have an attitude disguised with a fake-friendly tone. it's super off-putting.Some other things we've noticed from her: refusing to sell sides, or charging others for sides that are supposed to come with the meal for free, refusing to make certian things when its after 5 PM such as fish tacos. In addition to having an attitude when you try to get food within the last hour of the business being open. I know some people who say that if they call and she's working, they'll hang up. Her fake-friendly tone is that recognizable.Whatever is causing this issue, be it the employee or something else. I hope you're able to correct it. It's obviously impacting perception of your business and will sometimes make me think twice about choosing you or some other place. Sometimes the feeling of not being wanted there is enough to make me say, "You know what. I don't want to deal with them today".

Stopped by this place for lunch today and honestly i had no clue how great this place would be. Co-workers have been telling me to go in for a while now and I am so glad i did. I got a buzz burger as well as some fish tacos and they were so good, and the staff were very helpful in answering questions I had about the menu. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I could go on and on about how great this place is. I grew up in southern California and I haven't had any luck finding a decent burrito here in Oregon until trying this place. The carnitas and asada have such flavor, and another bonus the staff are so kind! This place is LEGIT!!!!! 10/10
Mexican food is usually not good in Oregon but this place is not shabby. The Carnitas torta was very good. My wife loved her asada burrito. I will return!

Went into grab some food for my daughter before her dance class. Walked in at 5:37 and no one was out front except another customer. When the worker came out she told us she just took the last order and they actually close some time between 5:30 and 6:00. Unfortunately, this is not a business I will go to again especially if they can’t figure out when they are actually open to customers.

My husband got the steak and I got the chicken taco salads.I have hyper sensitivity to taste/smell, so finding something I can actually enjoy is a challenge.I was not disappointed today!I was able to eat 1/2 of the salad(which is probably more than I've been able to eat for almost a month now!) So fresh and the salsa was devine!I can't believe I've lived here for 14+ years and this was a first! We will be back!!!
